Wouldn’t it be wonderful to spend all day on the beach, golfing or shopping and return home to luxury? Willow Bend unit #1525 is a 3BR/2BA spacious condo that sleeps six guests. This well maintained condo has been freshly painted in the living and dining rooms and has new granite countertops in both bathrooms. All new appliances have also been recently added. It has great furniture that is very comfortable as well. The kitchen has also been updated with new granite countertops and a tile backsplash. It is updated and has plenty of space for cooking.

The master bedroom consists of a king bed that can convert to two twins. The second bedroom consists of a king bed that can convert to two twins as well. The third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher with all new appliances and separate laundry area with a washer/dryer. In the living room there is a 55 inch TV; internet capable TV and Blu-ray player with free NetFlix access for unlimited movie watching and 32 inch televisions in all bedrooms. This beautifully decorated condo has local artist pieces located throughout the property to enjoy.

If you are looking for a quiet spot to relax, then this condo is perfect for you. It overlooks a natural lake so you can sit on the balcony for some relaxation and enjoy the views.

Willow Bend #1525 will accept a small dog with a $200.00 non-refundable fee. Inquire for more details. Barefoot Resort also has a shuttle in the summer that takes you to the beach or to the shops at Barefoot Landing. Close to the restaurants, shopping and attractions, you will never want to leave.

Willow Bend #1525 is a second floor condo with no elevator. Please note: THIS PROPERTY IS NON-SMOKING AND NO GOLF CARTS OR MOTORCYCLES ALLOWED.

Nice location. A few disappointments.

The condo was nice. However there were a few issues. First some of the dishes did not appear to be clean. Some pots and pans were not in good condition. One bedroom had an odor. I contacted managent and they responded promptly. However, I feel these issues should not exist. I did not like the carpets in the bedrooms. The new flooring in the rest of the condo was nice. Porch was not clean. Complex appears to be under renovation. Also I did not like the 2nd floor. Guests above were heavy walkers and it was hard to watch a movie or get a toddler to sleep. Pool was nice. No golf carts are allowed. This was disappointing as other complexes allow them. Would have been nice to use one to go to the beach or market. Overall its a nice location. Just didnt meet expectations for the price! Hopefully modifications will be made in the near future.

This condo was perfect for our family. We had more space in this condo then the rest of our family who stayed on the strip. Quiet & far enough from Barefoot Landing to be able to relax in peace. Wish they would have given more than 1 trash bag for a weeks stay. Overall a complete success!!

My last chance.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I try to take at a place that like our home,and for the past stay here this rental was that. But this last stay I was a little hesitant to come due to COVID19 and delta variant,we decided to come bc didn't want to lose our money. Now I wasn't inspecting to see some unexpected guest. Ants,I called the office and reported that there were ants inside and on the balcony. And the office people had an exterminator to come and spray for ants we didn't see them anymore until our last night they were back. I really was more worried about them crawling on our little dog and getting in our suitcases and then us bringing them home. And I will say this that the people who cleans these properties could do better than they do. I really hated that we had an bad experience with the ants now I'm have to find another place where I feel more comfortable and is just like home for my family. I really did enjoy all my other stays this place. Just not this time. M

Highly recommended

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time renting this condo. It was just as described, close to everything we wanted, and had a great pool too! We luckily rented a car for access to the beach as we only saw the shuttle a few times. The layout was great for our family, and we enjoyed the porch out back also! I would caution anyone who uses the dryer it caught our clothes each time we used it pulling things apart. I’d like to see more basic items provided for guests (more than 1 roll of toilet paper in case we don’t go to the store the first night, trash bags, and more than 1 roll of paper towels). Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking there and check in/check out was a breeze! We would definitely recommend this unit to others! Thank you for helping us make memories with our family!

Fast and easy

This was not a vacation. My husband was in an accident for work and was flown to the ER and we had to drive from TX and to find a place for everyone to stay. It was easy and quick and took some weight off my shoulders. So thank you so much! The place was clean and so perfect for the family.
