A beautiful home in the city with elegant touches throughout. Enjoy morning coffee on a true Southern front porch with rocking chairs and a swing. Gather around a fire pit with family and friends in the evening.

The Space:
The house is in a very walkable area in Uptown's 3rd Ward and short walk to center city. You can easily walk to Bank of America Stadium and the city center. The neighborhood is the ballpark district, including Romare Bearden Park and Truist Field.

Guest Access:
Guests will have free access to Wi-Fi, Keurig coffee, Roku with Netflix, a 55" TV with local HD channels, a gas BBQ grill, washer/dryer, clean fridge, and easy firewood delivery via Instacart for the outdoor fire pit as well.

The Neighborhood:
The house is in a walkable area in Uptown's 3rd Ward. Walk to Bank of America Stadium and the city center. The neighborhood is the ballpark district, including Romare Bearden Park and BB&T; Ballpark. It's also home to the Carolina Panthers NFL team.

Getting Around:
The airport is a 10 minute taxi/uber. There is a b-cycle station down the street as well and the light rail is a leisurely 10 minute walk away. You can easily walk to anywhere in uptown. Or a short Uber to all of Charlotte's other happening neighborhoods.

Awesome find!
My family stayed in Charlotte, NC for a cousin's wedding. The VRBO was very clean and comfy. The photos of the property were very accurate and we loved the park down the street. Our host was very responsive and check-in/check-out was very easy. For the pet lovers, the neighbor's cat, Jerry was a welcome visitor. He would visit every day for pets and cuddles. He was at home chilling on the front porch and welcoming us home after a day of sightseeing. While we did not walk to the downtown areas, it seemed very doable. Everything was within an easy 5-15min drive. The area was very safe and quiet despite being in the heart of the city. There was a train that would blow its horn in the distance around 1-2am, so light sleepers may wake up. But it's not enough to discourage anyone from staying at the property. The only thing we would recommend is a railing for the stairs coming up to the front porch. The more mature ladies (60-70's) took the stairs very gingerly in fear of taking a tumble, especially with hands full dealing with groceries and luggage. Otherwise, we had a great stay and would definitely visit again!

This house was in a perfect location for our group. Owners were very good at communication and were super nice. House was as described and clean. We really enjoyed this house, front porch, backyard and visits from neighborhood cat. We would stay again!!

Wonderful but short :)
We came to Charlotte as a family, of which there were four runners that participated in the half-marathon, so the location of the house was perfect for the occasion. We all loved the neighborhood and we walked everywhere. The house was perfect for our family of seven adults and one child!!!

This is house is just as described. Beautiful and clean. Great backyard! Location is near a lot of great restaurants and fun things to do. My kids really enjoyed the neighbor cat visiting lol! Very friendly kitty. Check-in and check-out was easy. I would definitely stay here again!

My husband, myself and 3 friends traveled from Eastern NC to Charlotte for my husband's birthday. The property was exactly as described. Easy check-in and close enuf to downtown, we walked to dinner Saturday night. We enjoyed the fire pit after returning for the night. The provided firewood was a nice touch by the host. One of our friend's made the comment, the bed he slept in was more comfortable than he's at home. Be mindful of, I'm assuming, the neighborhood cat thats hangs out around the property. It's sneaky and fast and will try coming indoors as soon as the door opens. Very good property and we throughly enjoyed our stay.

The house was larger than we expected and provided plenty of space for those of us sleeping there as well as the few family members who popped in during our stay. Several in our party said “I wish we were staying here longer”! It beat the pants off of all of us having separate rooms at the hotel :)

The house was so cute and perfect for our girls weekend! There was plenty of room for everyone and we were supplied with everything we needed. We were able to walk to dinner and were in a great location for exploring the city. The only trouble we had was the smoke alarm kept going off in the middle of the night.

We had a really nice time at this house. It was clean, had good communication with the host, and a great location. No issues at all. We loved the dog and cat decor, as we were in town to open a new animal hospital. So the dog and horse pictures were a welcome sight for us. Thank you! We hope the home is available next time we travel there.

The house and location were way better than I expected. We were visiting Charlotte to attend a bowl game at Bank of America Stadium. The house is within walking distance from the stadium. The host was gracious enough to give us a street parking pass so that we could just walk to the stadium. The house itself was very clean and had plenty of room for my family of 5. Everyone had their own room. Comfortable beds, towels and sheets provided. I would stay here again if I were going to visit Charlotte.
