There are an additional four windows along the living and kitchen area, allowing for light and bright rooms. The gourmet Lube designed kitchen is a work of art. It has been opened to the dining and living with stainless appliances, recessed lighting, granite counters, and unique modern cabinetry with opaque glass insets. Bamboo wood floors throughout, there is even a bamboo glass panel at the entry, and built in book shelves.

Enjoy views of the wooded grounds overlooking 1 of 2 pools and partial views of Sarasota Bay from the lanai.

Great Place on Quiet End of Siesta Key

Bay Tree is a great option for those seeking the quiet end of the island. The top floor corner unit was very clean and well furnished. I loved the views and breezes on the lanai. Easy access to awesome kayaking on the bay side, and the gulf (Turtle Beach) is just across the street. If you want to go to the Siesta Key Beach or the Village trolley stop is right in front of the unit. Gene was quick to respond to my emails, though I had no issues while in the unit. Check in was a breeze. This was my first extended stay and VRBO listing and I was very pleased. If you are looking to spend all your time on the main beach, you should probably get something on the other end of the island. If I return to SK next year, this will be my first choice.

Beautiful!

Lovely place to enjoy Siesta Key on the quieter side of the island. Everything is updated with the exception of the bathrooms, but they are in good working order. Enjoyed the killer kitchen! The other residents are welcoming to newcomers, as well.

Great time...Great space

Bay Tree is beautiful and well cared for. The condo is beautiful. The TV didn't work and Gene was their the next day with a new one. Our son and his family moved to Bradenton in July. We had a good time visiting them and having them over with our grandsons for many visits swimming and going to the beach.
