2nd Floor boasts the exquisite Master suite, the private on-suite bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and large walk-in shower with double sink vanity. The fourth bedroom with a King size bed and luxury mattress is also on the second floor with a private on-suite bath as well and a private gulf view balcony. The second floor also has a cozy second living space with a fireplace, wet bar and balcony access. The large 5th bathroom to service the third floor loft space is on the second floor with double vanity and large walk in shower !! 2nd floor also has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. The kids will love the cozy third floor loft space with one Queen size bed two Full size beds and two Twin size beds, with bean bags and TV. And last but not least the third floor cupola space is accessible with the greatest 360 degree ocean and bay views in the whole house.
All bedrooms and loft have flat screen TVs with cable access as well as large TVs in both living areas. The outside ground floor is equipped with BBQ pit and tables and seating for those evening cook outs, the outdoor shower is on the ground level as well for making rinsing off the sand easy for all, beach towels are provided and a washer and dryer on ground floor for towel washing to help with keeping sand out of the house. The house is equipped with internet and Wi-Fi. This home will only be leased on a very limited basis per year make sure to book in advance to get the opportunity to experience this beautiful home!! Pointe West Beach Club access is available at a fee per person to the beach club with this rental. It has an incredible ocean front pool as well as a bayside lazy river pool, a bar, restaurant with poolside service and a great work out facility.
