This condo is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only their service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.

Picture perfect sunset view from this recently renovated 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo with all new furniture! 3 HD TV's with streaming capabilities and free highspeed wifi. King bed in the master bedroom, and 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom. The living room has a Queen sofa bed with a cooling memory foam mattress for children; Not Adults. Balcony extends from the living room to the Master bedroom, with plenty of room to enjoy coffee or a meal while looking over Tigertail Beach and the heated pool area. All new windows and doors; new tiled floors throughout. Kitchen has new cabinets, countertops, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave. The two bathrooms are clean with new cabinets. Owners have provided beach carts, a cooler, beach chairs and umbrella, along with 2 tennis racquets and balls.

South Seas NW activities: tennis courts, pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, boat slips.
Marco's most loved breakfast and pizza/Italian restaurant are a short walk away (1/2 mile), along with some shops. See the burrowing owl nests on the way there.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

Registration fee is $100.00 which comes with one parking pass.
If there's more than one car, each car pays $100.00. Fees are collected in the office of South Seas Tower 3.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.

We had a great week on Marco. The condo was updated, perfectly appointed and clean with an amazing view. The beachfront complex really has all you could ask for including a gym, tennis and pickleball courts.

Lovely condo
We had a wonderful 28 day stay. The view was magical at sunset. Condo contained all the standard things we needed. It was clean and in great condition. Everything was close by. You could walk to many places but probably want a car. Went to many local restaurants and all were good. Beach is beautiful but kind of a long walk, especially with children but the pool is beautiful as well. We loved it so much we bought our own condo in the same building. Can't wait to return for years to come.

Great unit, sunset view. Building at the beach, but with a long walk to the water.
Our stay was great. The unit is fully equipped with high quality knives, silverware, cookware and dishes; beach carts and everything else you need to enjoy the beach (chairs, umbrella, etc). you also will have a great sunset view and access to a heated pool. Laundry is outside the unity. We had issues with the toilet on both bathrooms, but we learnt that all units of that building seem to have the same issue. If you didn't catch that, parking is $50/car per week and only one car can be parked on the covered garage. Security deposit payment is made directly to the property manager and should be returned two weeks after you leave the property (we left 19 days ago and they still didn't mail ours - although they confirmed days ago that everything was good and the check would be mailed soon. We are still following up on that). The building front gate is locked after 5pm so don't forget your keys if you leave after that! The building is at the beach, but the sand is a long, very long walk to the water... We had a baby with us so the walk was not exactly good for the back and forth for his naps. There is a small "bay" on the right of the building where you can enjoy the water, although there is no sand, bud kind of a mud. Oh, and don't miss the path that there is by crossing that bay – just pay attention to what the others are doing and go! You will save a great deal of walking to the beach (although will be soaked to your waist by crossing it).

We were pleasantly surprised by the condition of the property. All we needed was there and in working condition. Great views of the sunset and also the city. We highly recommend it. Can’t wait to go back!!
