Very Relaxing

Cindy met us at the house and gave us a tour. She explained where everything was and to call her if we had any special needs. Very impressed with cleanliness, design, and comfort of the home. We had our two small dogs and delighted because the back yard was fenced. Win, win! We felt safe and secure and highly recommend this home for future rentals.

Very relaxing

We have been coming to Sebastian for the last five or six years. The house was excellent. Nice fenced in backyard very comfortable very clean. Very convenient to all shopping and restaurants.

So nice!

Our stay in this home was so nice! Cindy was very very sweet and the home/neighborhood was outstanding! We stayed for a month and wish it could have been longer.The house was stocked as well as anyones home would be, this place, the neighborhood and the host were everything we had hoped! If you are looking for a place to stay in Sebastion you can’t go wrong with this listing!

Flexible check in and check out.

Very clean and comfortable home close to Fellsmere, which served our needs. Kitchen is well equipped. Nice backyard for my son's dog.

Great house! for our family Christmas gathering

From start to finish Cindy and Jim's place kept exceeding our expectations day after day. Easy living with a touch of whimsy in graciously appointed surroundings. Plenty of kitchen gear and well supplied bathrooms. A great fenced in back yard for our pooch in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to shops, dining, recreation, and sights by car (or with slightly more effort using bikes provided). Hope to return when next in the area. Thank You!

Most accommodating host

We needed an immediate stay as a family member had been moved to Hospice Care in his home. The host, Cindy, made it happen even though the checkin date was a hardship for her. She met my husband, made sure the home was still clean and beds made. He says the house was well equipped and clean. The home is also In a safe residential area. Thank you, Cindy, for your kindness.

Great stay

Great home. Wish we could've stayed forever. Very clean. Roomy. Fenced in backyard was an added feature. Lanai was great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It was great watching all kinds of birds out in the back yard. Quiet neighborhood and great for evening walks. Location middle of everything. Plenty of extra linens. My suggestion if you have a bad back take a mattress topper or something because both beds are very hard. Also, the one thing we missed the most was a grill. Other than that everything was great. Will definitely book again for future stays.

Clean, comfortable, cozy, convenient—we loved everything!

Perfect for our family, niece, and siblings. Centrally located; well-equipped kitchen; easy drive to groceries, restaurants, beaches. The host was helpful and responsive. We loved hiking and birding at Pelican Island NWR & St. Sebastian River Preserve, just a few miles away. Can’t wait to visit again!

Just what we needed

We were pleased to have such a cozy place to come back to after being out and about. Greatly appreciate having full laundry facilities and a full kitchen so we weren't eating out all the time. We were a little disappointed in the size of the beds, the listing noted they were queens, but they seemed more like full or double to us, so we ended up sleeping in separate rooms for the week.

Relaxing in Sebastian

Property was as advertised. Spacious house, nice kitchen. Quiet neighborhood only a few minutes from the water. Easy half hour drive to Vero, a more touristy beach if desired. Owner Cindy was considerate and helpful with information.

week of Fishing in Sebastian

We had a wonderful time and fished so much that we just about fished ourselves out. The place was spacious and clean and we especially loved the size of the bathrooms. The kitchen was nice and we had plenty of room for any food preparation. We brought our dog, because he's part of the family too, so the fenced back yard was very nice for us. We definitely plan on coming back to this place next year.
