Great property; responsive owners
The Elegant Escape is one of only a few large vacation homes in Augusta that can comfortably accommodate sleeping for 10 people. It’s very well-equipped, nicely kept, and the owners are highly responsive in the event of an issue. Our family really enjoyed the house and the space when they came to visit us for a Holiday event.

Wonderful weekend
The house is beautiful, the location was perfect to catch the Augusta wine trolley. The fire pit and wood was a nice touch. Host was very responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend. The views in Augusta are breathtaking!

The house plenty of space for a group of 8-10 and great location relative to the Katy trail, although there is a bit of hill to climb to get to the house from the trail.

Our Visit to Augusta Reserve
The home was very nice and worked for four couples. It is a great get away from everyone place. I was concerned about the arrangement of furniture in the downstairs bedrooms. The egress/escape window in both rooms had a large bed with headboard in front of them. One bedroom the problem was more significant as it was completely covering window. I know my husband and I would have had a difficult time moving the bed to get out. I think the furniture should be rearanged for safety purposes. The light in the staircase and lights down stairs did flicker several times which made we wonder a bit about the wiring. Overall it met our needs. Thank you!

Peaceful Stay
This house is has thr most peaceful sitting. Loved the back porch. The house was a great size for 5 couples and a few kiddos. Would definitely recommend staying here if your in the Augusta area.

Nice home but could use a good cleaning
This home is very nice, spacious and close to the wineries in Augusta. It just needs a good cleaning. One of my friends had blood on the inside of their bedroom door and ended up wiping down all the cabinets in the kitchen because they were dirty. Otherwise, nice place.

Hire a new cleaning Crew!!
We love this property but for what we spend to have a great vacation it not as clean as we hope for all 4 times we rented The Reserves. Get a new cleaning crew!

Great Property and Stay
Used the house as a home base for our daughter's wedding at a nearby venue. Plenty of space for everyone - much larger than it looks in the pictures. The outdoor space in back was nice to have and we we sat out there almost every night - the area is shaded by the house starting at about 4pm (in June). Overall we had a great stay and really appreciate the support of the property manager. Highly recommended if you are looking to stay in this area.

Ladies Weekend
Beautiful property with plenty of rooms and space for our group. Location is prime, but most important, Lauren was amazing to work with. We had to reschedule from October and she gave us several options and provided top notch customer service. Quick to respond via text on a stupid question I had. Very easy communication. Would always rent this house or the other additional property.

Spacious and wonderful management
The property was wonderful and perfect for those attending a nearby wedding. The best part, though, was the property manager who was wonderful to work with and prompt to reply to questions that we had! Wonderful experience!

Turn the lights on
The property was a beautiful home well decorated and roomy. The outside was breathtaking and relaxing but the house wasn’t clean at all! I mean to the point where I just slept on my blowup bc I felt the sheets had not been changed do to the way everything else had looked. The trash can did not have a bag in it and the trash can was so visible nasty with candy, hair..... the tub was nasty, the toilet was nasty and the microwave had stuff all in it. I was very upset about the cleanliness, I spent a lot of time cleaning before enjoying myself! I did say something to the property manager and never received a response back. My nephew also left his wallet in the house and told her where it was to be told it wasn’t there. After telling them it was a tracker on the card in the wallet then a min later it was found.

Perfect for a large group
We had 10 adults so space and 5 beds were a necessity and this home did not disappoint. It's super close to several wineries in both directions. It was gorgeous inside and out and the beds were very comfortable. The full kitchen was helpful for the meals we prepared and the patio was nice for hanging out in the morning and evening. If you have smokers in your party it's important to know that you cannot smoke anywhere on their property - even outside. The only slight complaint we had is that the kitchen could have been more clean. We would stay again (if our smokers agree).

It’s even better than the pictures.
The house is beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed and clean. It’s common to cut costs in basements but not here, every detail is just as nice as the first floor (I was amazed to find Kohler fixtures in the basement!) The beds and bedding are luxuriously comfortable with 4 master-quality king bedrooms (3 of the 4 king rooms have private bathrooms). We were surprised and delighted to find that this great house is set in serene restorative beauty. Krista and Mike were a pleasure to work with. All in all, this place is a WIN.
