Great house…there wasn’t much in the backyard in terms of entertainment but the yard is huge and has great potential. Would definitely stay again and owners were very responsive and accommodating.

Ok stay
Not at all impressed. Not clean: spill spots in kitchen, soiled sheets in laundry room, disinfectant wipes in master toilet (no water in bowl), could draw pictures on most of furniture, sliding door in bedroom so dirty- curtains were not opened, king size sheets on queen bed. Couple of good things: allowed to use garage and desert access handy
We enjoyed our Lake Havasu City vacation. The house we rented was clean and well maintained. The house location was perfect for us. Close enough to town but far enough away from town for a quiet restful setting.
The house was in a good location, and had a lot of room. We enjoyed our stay there and it had everything you would need, just like if you are home. Over all I gave it five stars but the only thing I gave low stars was cleanliness. The reason why was that they said they had sent someone to clean the house before we arrived. It was said the the previous group/people brought a dog without letting them know and they let me know that their were going to be pee stains, they were cleaned but they weren’t going to be able to have someone out there yo clean the carpets before we got there so the stains were still visible and we appreciated that they let us know. But I believe that the only thing that was really cleaned was the changing of all bed sheets and linens (towels), cleaning of bathrooms and partially sweepin. There was a lot of pet hair on the couches and the bed spreads and the carpets. My son had just sat down on the couch and got back up and he was full of dog hairs, The rugs in the kitchen had dog food under them. I’m sure that normally this house maybe more clean but that’s mainly why I gave a low star rating. My mother in law and my sister in law who also stayed are in the cleaning houses/offices business and they were not happy that it looked like no dusting or vacuuming was done. We just had a lot of dog hair everywhere and we don’t have dogs. Other then this I was a great place to stay.
This home is perfect. The fact that it has two master bedrooms plus an additional bathroom was great for our crew. We were able to park both out boats and trucks on the property without having to disconnect the trailers. Thank you for allowing my family of four parents and four 20 + year olds to share your home for our long weekend family lake trip. I plan on renting this property in the near future.
A friend and I came on a trip for fishing and a big bonus was we were able to keep the boat on the side of the house so it worked out great!. The house is approximately 15 minutes from the marina which was also nice. I would stay here again.
This was a great place to spend a few weeks. The owners quickly responded with any issues we had. We enjoyed the patio area very much. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was superbly outfitted. Thanks for a wonderful get away.
Close to BLM land and trails but yet close to town.

Loved our Havasu Stay
We loved the house and location. We had our dog and it was just a few blocks walk and we could walk out into the desert and let him off leash. Even though it wasn’t on the lake it was centrally located to the groceries stores and gas stations, etc. We could be to the lake or bridge in about 10 minutes. The house was very cozy and well-equipped. It does need a good deep cleaning. When we got there the lock box had been changed so we had to get a hold of the owner to get the new code but wasn’t really any big deal. We really liked the house and would definitely stay there again.
We had a wonderful stay at this home. The bathtub in the master was just the right size and the shower was great too. Enough room for my family and our pets. The house was clean, plenty of dishes and towels for all. The owners were awesome! Thank you for being so hospitable and opening your home to us.
A very nice 4 days which was supposed to be a month. Cut short because of the virus and headed home! Hope to return some other time if the world gets back to normal?
The property is pretty well maintained. It has plenty of room for people and it is pet friendly which is great. We had a small problem when trying to get in. The code for the lock box was different than the one given us and we got in because my husband hit the wrong button. Just a small mistake, which turned out to be the correct number.
The back yard has a beautiful full overhanging tree and gave us wonderful shade for sitting under in the afternoon.
Every home we've ever stayed in at Lake Havasu has vertical blinds and there are always problems with them, this house was no exception, so we just dealt with it. Again, not a big problem. The neighbors were nice and not pushy, The street was for the most part, quiet and very un-congested. It made it very easy to exit the property with the car. We walked many of the streets and never felt any kind of fear or being unwelcome. This is a very nice property to rent and we loved it for 4 whole weeks.
We had an amazing time here. I love that the property was close enough to launch our boat everyday without having to be in the middle of Lake Havasu. The house was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, spacious home
We had a lovely, enjoyable stay in this spacious and comfortable home! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the neighbors were very friendly and helpful. It was easy to get to any place we needed to go and the owners were very helpful with any of our questions. We would recommend this house for anyone to stay in visiting Havasu!
