I enjoy fishing, boating, snorkeling, sailing or anything on the water. Toss in a little golf, festivals, art shows or local events to round things out. Pompano Beach is a great location that has so many things to chose from within an easy travel distance. I'm a local Realtor and know the area well. I enjoy helping people with their sense of home.
Why they chose this property
Everything in the home has been updated in the past few years. The location is excellent!!! You can be anywhere in the Tri-County area within an hour, 3 major airports are very close, 3 major downtown areas are very close, the Bahamas are very close.
What makes this property unique
Very chill vibe, lots of butterfly and bee friendly plants to attract the pollinators. Private space in the unit along with the private patio as well as nice shared common areas. Owner is a Realtor with extensive knowledge of the areas to recommend places to go should you like.
