Unfortunately experience
We traveled to Florida with family and needed something that would accommodate 14 people. The house is set up nicely with plenty of room for our family. Unfortunately we experienced multiple issues while here. First off you get 10 pages of information on things they expect from you. Which I understand since they want to be sure their home is taken care of. However, they don't deliver in return. We arrived and the house was not clean. The counter stools were sticky, the fridge has brown stuff down the front, oven top dirty, hole in the wall and the pool was not heated. I went back and forth about the heated pool. We arrived on Wednesday and the pool was too cold to put a foot into never mind swim. They sent someone out to look at the pool Saturday Never heard anything from the management company until my 3rd message about the cold pool (that we paid to have heated) She said they sent someone out Saturday. The pool was finally warm on Monday. I've asked for a refund 3 times now for a pool that was not heated and they have not responded. Just for information- This is a gated community, with a gate check in. You have to plan for traffic. Multiple times the cars were lined up .25 mile down the road to get in.
