Location , Location , Location !!! the unit is located in front of new park Epic Universe.

This is a contemporary, fully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo located in the main complex, close to theme parks and Convention Center.

The unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized, with extra precautions taken for disinfection to ensure the safety of our guests. Situated on the ground floor, there’s no steps and no need to use elevators. Free parking is available right in front of the building.

The condo features no carpet—tile flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms, and wood flooring in the living room and bedrooms.

The master suite boasts a beautiful, modern design with a king bed.
The second bedroom has two twin beds.
The third bedroom is furnished with two queen beds.
Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the living room, allowing the condo to accommodate up to 10 guests.
A portable crib, umbrella stroller, and high chair are available at no extra charge.

The master bedroom and living room are equipped with LED smart TVs and cable is available, and the condo offers free Wi-Fi.

The modern, open-concept kitchen features granite countertops and comes fully equipped with appliances, including a coffee maker, Keurig machine, toaster, dishwasher, blender, as well as dishes, cookware, silverware—everything you need to feel at home.

Both full bathrooms are supplied with towels and a hair dryer. Additional amenities includes washer and dryer inside the unit , iron, and ironing board.

The condo also has central heating and air conditioning.

Enjoy the outdoors on the open veranda, which is furnished with chairs and a table.

Two resort pool areas feature heated pools, jacuzzis, firepit areas, a pool bar, and a kids' splash area.

The pool closest to the unit is currently under renovation, but you can use the other pool area, which is about a 10-minute walk away.

We are within walking distance of the Orlando Convention Center and in front of new Epic Universe.

Close to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, the Orlando Eye, top-rated restaurants, and popular shops.

Across the street, you’ll find renowned golf courses.

Great spot for family trip to Orlando
3 bedroom, 2 bath condo was great size and location for our family. Short drive to theme parks. Walkable to food and groceries. An hour drive to Cocoa Beach. Good kitchen for cooking and eating in. Pool under construction closest to unit (would’ve been perfect) but 2nd pool option in the resort was lovely (.4 mile walk but can easily drive too). View of parking lot from small porch but still a nice spot for morning coffee and afternoon drinks!

thanks for the stay. good location, the only thing to be aware of is the internet isn't amazing. if you need amazing internet, it is spotty. I got it to work most of the time, but in a jam, you're going to need your hot spot.

Large and spacious with 2 baths and three bedroooms. Good location. Great microbrewery a few hundred feet away along with great informal breakfast shop. Very reasonable rates.

Stayed here with some friends/coworkers for the megacon convention at orange county convention center. Location was great and quick drive or uber to several locations. Layout for condo was good. Host provides many basic supplies, but if you are there for several days, would be best to do a shopping run. Unfortunately was told pool was under construction and since was there for convention, didnt have a chance to use all amenities. Definitely looking forward to using this location again next time i visit area

Stayed here for our daughter’s dance competition (hosted at convention center). This condo was a wonderful location for getting there and back easily. Also, it’s close to everything we needed during our stay -grocery store, restaurants and entertainment. First floor entry was convenient, owner communicated quickly and check-in/out was a BREEZE. Also, this condo is steps away from main pool! There’s a second pool location on other side of resort and it’s great too! Kitchen well stocked. Bedding was okay. Nice washer/dryer. Bathrooms were spacious. Great stay. Thank you

My Christmas Getaway 2024
Good, my apartment was spacious and centrally located. However, some deep cleaning will add to the overall ambience. For example, exterior door needs cleaning lots of foot marks and fresh paint. Markings on bar cushion seats, Also the patio needed cleaning, there was lots of leaves.Overall good, I will return.to the property.

We were in Orlando for an event at the convention center. This was very convenient to that and Universal Studios, International Drive activities. Plus easy access to grocery, pharmacy. Clean unit.

Beautiful Property
This rental property was amazing! It was stocked with everything we could possibly need and more. It is beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. I always try to look for the positives and negatives when leaving a review. It was difficult for me to find any negatives with this property. Maybe a few paint touch ups in the bathroom if I’m being really picky. But, like I said…it was difficult to find anything wrong with this rental. Thank you for allowing us to stay here. We had a wonderful time!

The place looks just like the pictures. Great location, close to everything. Was so nice having open space. The water was nice and hot in the shower. My only complaint was the bed in the master bedroom. After hitting up all the parks all day a hard bed was not ideal to sleep in.

Family Theme Park Vacation
Overall the property was nice. No major issues to speak of. Only issue we had was bed and pillows in master were not as comfortable as I would have liked. However for the very reasonable price I can’t hold that against the rental. I love the location - very close to sea world and universal. Those were the parks we visited this trip. Publix and Walgreen all very close. For our family of five I would consider staying here again. Thank you for the opportunity to stay.

Universal Family Getaway
This property was perfect for our family. Super clean and comfortable, great location about 10 minutes from Universal. Great area with pizza, pasta, gelato and Walgreens within walking distance and Publix 2 minutes away. The only area for improvement is the mattress in the master bedroom. It was SO hard, I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. The other rooms had pillow top mattresses that seemed much more comfortable. Washer/dryer always great for our family.

It’s also conveniently located near the Convention Center and all of Orlando's major attractions.
