About this property

Magnolias at Clayton Bay on the River Murray

Welcome to my well appointed holiday house. This is a 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas. There are queen beds in 2 of the rooms and a double single bunk with trundle in the childrens room. An additional mattress is available but you would need to supply your own bedding for this bed.
A TV in each of the living areas with blu ray dvd player and Google Chrome for streaming free to air.
The kitchen has a large fridge freezer and all of the crockery and cutlery for up to 10 people.
The bed linen is supplied for one queen bed.
All other bedding $20 per person per stay.
Im happy to just provide quilts and pillows if you want to bring your own bed linen.
There are towels supplied for all guests.
Barbecue on the deck while enjoying the sun set. Outside dining for 8 people.
The property is fully fenced and there is a large grassy area for children to play on. Dogs may be accepted. Please discuss with host and an extra deposit may be applicable. Please bring own towels for using outside of the home.
Split system airconditioner to living areas and ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms to keep you cool.
Strictly no smoking in house and please bring your own butt receptacle.
STRICTLY NO PARTIES. This is a very quiet town and the neighbours will call the police. I have encouraged them to do so and i will terminate your booking if you break this rule.

Lovely house and garden, a pleasure to stay at Lesley’s place. Super relaxing and quiet with comfy beds and simply everything is there. Clayton Bay is a peaceful place to base yourself to enjoy the whole area!

We really enjoyed our stay at Magnolia's at Clayton Bay. We especially enjoyed exploring the garden that looks to have been designed with love and understanding of the local conditions. Great place to stay for a holiday in Clayton.

Such a lovely home to spend some family time playing games and relaxing. Beautiful garden to look out at and situated in a lovely area with lovely walks. Thank you for a really beautiful holiday and for being such a generous host. We had a fabulous time and definitely hope to return!

The property offered all we wanted, but needed better cleaning in a few spots ie BBQ, oven trays, inside rubbish bin. However overall would definitely recommend.

A very clean well appointed home. Comfortable beds & Furnishings. Lots of great walking tracks by the lake.We all (including the dogs) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this peaceful town. Was very enjoyable sitting on the front deck admiring Lesley’s beautiful garden.

The Owner of This House Has Good Taste!
It was a wonderful and relaxing stay for our family at Lesley's place in Clayton Bay, she has spacious and beautiful gardens as well as a massive deck, the size of the house was bigger than what's shown in the pictures, we really enjoyed and appreciated the space we had at this holiday house, and the eye-catching artworks she had on display, just gorgeous, thank you!

A well appointed, and very comfortable, home away from home. Just perfect for our needs, wanting peace and quiet with a safe fenced garden for the dogs and extra parking space too. Spacious, light and quiet
Magnolias is bright, light and spacious. It's a new but already loved home with room for our extended family. Everything was clean and welcoming when we arrived. There were games and puzzles and wifi to keep us entertained when we'd had enough of the great outdoors. We didn't know Clayton Bay, but found it a quiet little holiday place, with friendly people, lovely quiet water for canoeing, pleasant walks, and - unexpectedly for somewhere so quiet - a restaurant/cafe with basic deli items. For those that wanted to do more than chilling, it was simple to head out to Goolwa or Strathalbyn to mosey around or eat out.
