Please check out our great reviews on AIRBNB. Welcome to this Tropical Paradise located on a quiet cul-de-sac in beautiful Topanga California. This gorgeous home is secluded and private. The open floor plan features hard wood floors, lots of windows and high ceiling. Spacious living room and dining room opens up to the huge gourmet kitchen. Heated Pool/Spa BBQ area. Walking distance to hiking trails, Just a 15 min drive to Malibu, 20 min to Santa Monica and 7 minutes to the 101 fwy, gourmet restaurants and shopping.

Wonderful Stay

Great house to stay, and I really liked the Topanga area! The house outdoor area has nice pool and hottub with lovely greenery surrounding the backyard. Unfortunately, it rained during our stay, so we didn't get to use the swimming pool. Veronica was great to work with.

A wonderful experience

This property was simple and quiet, the pool and hot tub were perfect and the layout was great for our family needs. In one direction down the road we were in the heart of Malibu and the other Calabasas. My three kids each got their own comfy bed and there were plenty of towels. The owners were incredibly kind and accommodating! A great quiet place to stay!

Great property bad host

As I arrived had zero privacy, Veronica called me stating and assuming I was having a party after I repeatedly told her I knew no one there and that I was only with my family and we would have a diner there to congratulate my child I informed her we don’t drink and smoke or have any pets. She continued to ruin my day by stating that she needs my family and I to do party inside naciste the neighbors would call police. I told her for the 5th time that we would NOT have a party and that we had to eat lunch dinner and breakfast at some point and that my father and son who came to see my child graduate from the university as a surprise that I was NOT expecting were only goin got have diner with us. And the lady continued to speak rudely to me about me making sure is have no party. Long story short the home was wonderful but the host overwhelming and rude. Especially by accusing for assumptions she built in her head that believed were true. She called me early in the morning to ruin my day and to speak rudely my whole family heard her and were wowed by her attitude towards me for no absolute reason

Great place!

The home, the neighborhood, the hosts, all made for a great stay in LA for me. Not too far from many of locations in LA where you would do business or go for fun, yet when returning at the end of the day it was quiet and relaxing. This property is clearly very well maintained. Would rent again.

Great place to stay:)

We were 6 people staying here for 1 week. Great house, lovely garden and quiet area. The house was clean and had all the amenities. Fantastic great pool with spa that you could relax in after a long day in Los Angeles. We can highly recommend this place. Greets from Norway

LOVED our time in Topanga at this beautiful home. We were on a staff retreat +house had everything!

Beautiful, relaxing, well-equipped, a perfect home away from home in an absolutely gorgeous neighborhood. The backyard was fantastic.

Owners in a war with their neighbors over this house

The owners of this house put me in the middle of a war with their neighbors. The rules for my booking stated15 guests could be present during the day, which I never surpassed - there was no mention in the listing about not being able to park on the public street around the house. Their neighbors continually called the owners and left notes on our car asking us to move them. No matter where we moved them within the entire neighborhood, we got notes or people at the front door complaining. It got to the point that neighbors were threatening to damage our cars if we left them in front of their house. Then they called the cops, which they do regularly, because we had nowhere else to put the cars. The owners made us leave the house a day early because the neighbors were calling them and the cops constantly saying we were parked in front of their house and having a party. What are 15 people going to do together that isn't a party? Were we supposed to whisper? Even when we were evicted a day early, we still left the house spotless. We eventually talked to the neighbors where we basically concluded that the owners were the reason for all the frustration. Owners had told the neighbors there was an 8 person limit at the house, and then we showed them the sign posted inside the house noting the 15 person limit and they were all furious. Additionally, there are cameras all over the front of the house, over the front door, garage, and side gate so that they can watch you from every angle - this wasn't noted anywhere when I booked the rental and I felt like I was being monitored the entire weekend. There is no cell phone service at the house so the only method of communication with the outside world , including the owners, is via the wifi (also not mentioned). No one told me where the modem was - when we accidentally unplugged it to charge a phone when we went to bed, the owners panicked since they lost their ability to watch us. When we woke up and plugged it in, I had multiple texts from them on vrbo and WhatsApp saying that their security cameras were down and to call them immediately. I called them to be scolded for making a simple mistake, and to reset their cameras. Then the owner talked to me for 10 minutes about how much trouble the neighbors give them and their renters. If I knew about this ahead of time, I would have found another place. It was absolutely horrible. I left the house shaking and crying from the stress of the entire stay.

perfect vacation rental

my family and i had an amazing vacation in this home, it is the perfect location to malls and restaurants and many other things! the home had everything we needed and veronica and jeff are just 2 amazing people!!!
