Newly decorated 3 bedroom (2 king, 1 queen), 2 bathroom home. Private back yard with amazing mountain view. Immaculate condition. This home is located in Solera which is a 55+ community near the Johnson Ranch Golf Club. You will have access to all amenities including clubhouse, pool, exercise room, tennis & pickleball. We have two mountain bikes for your enjoyment. Golf fees not included.
We are also located near the San Tan Mountain Regional Park which offers several hiking trails.
