Beautifully appointed 1 BR apartment, with an amazing balcony with stunning views of the city. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious closet, beautiful balcony with a great view, private parking spot, sleeps 4 adults. All amenities you can think of, located steps away from Polanco's museums, restaurants, bars and the vibrant nightlife, Chapultepec Park, zoo and castle.
It's located in a quiet street with 24/7 doorman and security.
We all love that feeling of coming back from a busy day and finding the bed made, the dishes are done, laundry folded! If you wish to have cleaning or laundry service, please advise us, and we will arrange it for you for an additional cost. Think of us as your personal concierge, we are available 24/7 via phone. Just give us a call, and we will provide you with any recommendation regarding everything this beautiful and vibrant city has to offer.
Due to new security rules defined by the building administration only guest staying for a month or more can use all the amenities: gym, cardio room, pool table, kids playroom, sports bar, amazing terrace, BBQ facilities, and a rooftop deck.

Why they chose this property
The apartment is conveniently located steps away from Polanco's shopping area, museums, restaurants, bars, and the vibrant nightlife, Chapultepec Park, zoo and castle. Polanco is often called the Beverly Hills of Mexico City. Indeed, it is home to the city's upscale shopping, hotels, restaurants, embassies, high-end car dealerships, and home furnishings shops, many of the city's most important museums, and together with adjacent Nuevo Polanco, Mexican headquarters of many multinational companies. As a residential area, the neighborhood is culturally diverse, and many super-rich, politicians, celebrities, artists, and businessmen call the area home. Walking in Polanco is safe and one of the best ways to know the neighborhood and its restaurants, bars, museums, etc. However, at night we recommend using Uber.
