The 3 bedrooms all have their own TV, plus there is also a Vodafone Smart TV in the cosy living room. The entertaining open-plan kitchen has brand new appliances & cabinetry. Enjoy the outside deck that wraps around the front of the house with sunshine all day long.
This is a personal home made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb and well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.
**Special conditions & notes**:
- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.
- This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.
- Garage is accessible for bike storage and laundry access but not for car parking. Off-street driveway parking is available for 2 vehicles immediately at the front entry.
