Perfect Mountain Retreat!
I recently stayed at this charming 2-bedroom condo in Breckenridge with a friend and my dogs for Oktoberfest and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The condo was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, making it the perfect mountain retreat. The living area was spacious and cozy, with a fireplace which we didn't use this time due to the warm weather. The open-concept kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the dining area was perfect for enjoying family dinners. Both bedrooms were beautifully appointed with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. And let’s not forget the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains from the patio – a great spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The location was ideal – just a short walk to the main street with its charming shops and restaurants, and the Oktoberfest celebrations. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring that our stay was as smooth as possible. They provided helpful local tips and were available for any questions we had. Overall, this condo was the perfect base for our Breckenridge adventure. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend!

Amazing Main Street BRECK condo
This condo was absolutely amazing. Talk about how roomy and spacious the place is. Plenty of space to cook and enjoy hanging on the comfy couch with the fireplace on. The two bedrooms are extremely comfortable, nice to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The location is ideal. Right on Main Street, parking right in front of the condo. Walking distance to all bars, restaurants and shops. Also walking distance to the ski slopes and the gondola. 15/10 recommended

Decent place - very good location
Pleases: good location, well stocked kitchen, nice microwave and stove, plenty of dishes, owner let us check in early! Negatives: pullout sofa dirty mattress, shutter shades broken, won’t stay open, extractor fan vents dirty, dishwasher old/noisy - rack misfit and door opens more than 90 degree angle, cable tv in bedroom doesn’t work and hot tub was advertised but it had a board over it and obviously hadn’t been used. Neighbors smoke pot outside on porch in evenings and mornings.

Perfect location for easy access to restaurants, shopping, dog park, hiking, etc. Never had a need to take out car out. While it’s an older building, the unit was updated, comfortable, and clean. It was perfect for my husband and I with our 1.5 yo daughter and dog. Would definitely stay again.

This was a perfectly located condo, right on Main Street! We walked everywhere. The condo was very well equipped and had everything we needed and then some. It was clean, quiet, and well appointed. I hope to return next year! We had a fantastic time!

Nice location but maintenance of unit needs much improvement
Was advertised as having on site laundry facility and hot tub. But upon arrival the laundry was closed for servicing and hot tubs not available. Found dirty socks in dresser; food items that were over 2 years expired in kitchen cabinets; vacuum not functional due to broken beater bar (we wanted to vacuum due to high cotton weed this week plus to remove pet hair of our dog); carbon monoxide battery had not been replaced and started chirping in middle of night; microwave light burned out; one of fans broken (needed during warmer days); window shutters to main room need repair/replacement ; shower curtains don't fit and drag substantially on floor causing water to spill. . Overall, would be great unit if it had been maintained sufficiently and if we had been advised in advance of amenities that were not in operation. Fortunately, were able to use our companion family's units for those items. Their unit located elsewhere in Breck was much better. Didn't go on vacation to have to report deficiencies to a maintenance department, etc.

We love Colorado any time of year but mud season in May and September are one of our favorite times cause it’s not as busy. This condo is in a great location. Right next to lots of restaurants.

This condo is the perfect location right on Main Street with shopping , restaurants and a short walk to the slopes. View of the mountains out the front window, cozy gas fireplace, very workable kitchen and comfy beds. Would definitely stay here again.

We live in Tampa Florida and have 3 grown kids. We enjoy traveling to Breck to enjoy the fresh and non humid air! We also like to travel the world and visit different cultures.

Why they chose this property

I always wanted to own a ski condo just was not sure where. When i visited the town of Breck in the early 90's I knew this was the place. Originally I wanted to be on the mountain but quickly realized that once you are done skiing, you are far from all the action. We thought this location was perfect. You have the ability to simply walk to the slopes and then walk to everything else in town. Parking is very difficult and if you have to rely on the shuttle buses, you are limited in time to go and return. We have consistently updated the unit over the last 24 yrs and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
