Immediately across the Road from the Omanu Surf Club, this home will put you right amidst the fun with 180 degree views up and down Omanu Beach, Mount Maunganui. Enjoy stunning views of the beach and ocean from the kitchen, dining and lounge with peeps of the sea from most other rooms in the house. Close enough to watch the kids play on the beach from the deck, or to pop back to the house for another drink or your sunscreen.

With a corner store, a liquor store, a delicious fish and chip shop and a great little cafe all only 150m away, you have everything you need at your fingertips.

This fabulous home is 3 levels, with the top level (the Penthouse) commanding superior views of the Beach and the Mount. With it's own lounge, large screen TV, King size bed, spacious ensuite (with the best shower ever!) and walk in wardrobe, the Penthouse is sure to please.

The main level has stunning views of the beach and includes the kitchen, dining, lounge (with a large screen TV) , a Queen Bedroom (with Queen Size Bed), another bedroom with 2 single beds plus a bathroom and separate toilet.

The ground floor has a completely self-contained flat with a seperate Bedroom with Queen Bed, open plan kitchen, lounge, & dining area, TV, bathroom and separate toilet.

The garage has been carpeted and converted into a kids bedroom with a Double Bed and a set of single bunks.

The laundry is tucked in at the back of the garage and with it's tiled floor and access to the clothesline outside and hot outdoor shower, makes an easy access when coming up from the beach.

This beautiful home makes holidaying easy, stylish and memorable.

Suitable for 10 people maximum.

Linen is not included at this property. If you have exceptional circumstances that don't enable you to bring your own linen, ie you are travelling from overseas, please contact us and we can provide your linen for $250 for your stay.

Wonderful beach house

Lovely family home for a beach holiday. Very well set up for a large group to enjoy a stay by the beach. Host was superb and responded quickly to our questions to ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

Beach Bliss.

This is a superb large house and ideally located on the beachfront. The hosts and manager were all lovely people, considerate and kind. The hosts were very kind to us in the cyclone. Multiroom meant it suited our whanau perfectly. We hesitate to say anything negative but this is a critical thing and I see has been mentioned before without apparent change. This, the only spoiler for us, was that the beds were not in keeping with this lovely house and the price (over $1000 p/n) it commands. We feel an obligation to put this in the review as we did not sleep well, a critical thing. The main two person beds - king and two queen beds were too old or lacking quality support, meaning rolling together without intent. Firm but soft is the rule of the day for quality accommodation like this. None of our three couples slept well. A much more minor matter in comparison, but important, is that the BBQ was old and rusty and only one element provided any real heat. Impossible to cook steak. Don't let these things put you off a wonderful holiday, just make sure you can handle beds like these, or that they have been replaced. Enjoy

Paradise

We stayed here for my son's wedding. It was incredible. The location is perfect. The views and the beach right out the front door. My 12 and 14 year old boys were out on the beach every chance they got. I could watch from the balcony to make sure they were okay. There is a coffee truck that comes 5 days a week that was delicious and the girls running it were precious. The hosts were very accommodating to our needs. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

This place is so well appointed, better than we probably imagined. Spread over 3 floors, there was so much room for the 8 of us. Communication was brilliant, some of the best I’ve had. We will definitely be back. Thank you :)

Fabulous family holiday home

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent with the surf club next door creating a vibrancy that suited the teenagers, and our older family members able to feel part of the action from the deck. The house is very well set up for extended family comfort and beach practicality. Many thanks to Bill and Joy for making us so welcome.

Perfect beach getaway

5 couples enjoyed a long weekend in this beachfront house. Well equipped kitchen, outdoor shower for sandy feet and bodies, 3 levels each with their own bathrooms. Quite a long walk to the Mount if you dont have a car but Uber was handy.

Great location

Stayed 5 days at the house great location check in simple no problems loved the view watching all the activities at the beach in front lots of surfers store at the corner and fish and chip shop very convenient was hot when we arrived and air con was needed worked ok on first 2 floors but no air con on 3 floor with the master bedroom some beds were in need of replacement because at beach had a sugar ant problem overall stay was enjoyable would return
