Brand new Casa Carrera has been designed as the ultimate space for racing enthusiasts to relax after an thrilling day at The Bend Motorsport Park with a spa, extensive living area and ample outdoor entertaining. Suitable for whole racing teams or bring the family along to enjoy some down time at the river after the excitement at The Bend. Located in Wellington Marina only a short drive of 10 minutes away from Tailem Bend and the Motorsport Park. We are located in a quiet neighborhood - please respects residents and other holidaymakers by keeping the noise to a reasonable limit.

The space
Large and open plan with stone and timber throughout, Casa Carrera is modern but blends perfectly with the rugged nature it is surrounded by.
The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is the main feature with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the water, a romantic and cozy gas fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen.
No free to air TV channels available. Netflix and apps to watch ABC, SBS, Channel 9 on demand are preinstalled - smart tv to stream from your phone. Unlimited Wifi.

Bedroom configuration:
Master bedroom with queen bed & baby cot
2nd bedroom with queen bed
3rd bedroom with 2 single beds (can be joined to have a king bed)
Double bunk beds - custom built bunk bed with 2 double mattresses - each 140cm wide. Bunk beds are located outside of bedroom 2 and 3 - not in a separate room.

Private river access with big jetty to tie down your boat or jetski. Public boat ramp located opposite of property. Wellington Marina is a strictly 4 knots zone. Speeding within the Marina will be reported - the main river is only a couple of minutes away where you can go faster.

Nice house in Wellington Marina for sharing a weekend with friends and family, easy to launch your boat and tie up at the house mooring for daily adventures. Marina has a large wetland area, so also good for paddle boards and kayaks with kids

House and location

This is our second stay at the Casa, which is such a lovely house with lots of well thought through touches and is clearly well cared for by the owners. The new Spa was great to watch the stars from and have the boat moored out front, just a 5 minute motor across the lagoon to the Murray which is back at its best. Top spot!

Breathtaking views

My husband, myself and our adult children stayed for 3 nights and we could have seriously stayed longer. The accommodation was spotless and had beautiful decor and a loving kitchen overlooking the river. The x2 bathrooms are huge and the outdoor entertaining area with Spa is gorgeous. Amazing house, couldn’t hear anything outside of the house itself. Beautiful home, pictures didn’t do the inside or outside justice. Much bigger than the photos & such a beautiful spot! Only downside was that the spa upon turning on, was very overwhelmingly strong smelling - assuming it’s the chlorine but we were unable to use due to it being so strong to breathe in. (We may have been doing something wrong though, I’m unsure) Very impressed & will DEFINATELY be back!

Amazing place for all year round!

We had an amazing time. The weather was rainy and sad but on the couch in front of the lovely gas fireplace was the weather through the massive windows was beautiful. Al through a veranda over the decking would be good we have no complaints. Would love yo come back in warmer weather enjoy the outdoor features! Thanks for having us 😀

Peaceful Retreat

This was our second time staying at Casa Carrera, and again we had a wonderful time! A fully stocked kitchen with every item you'd need, the whole house was very clean, neat and tidy. Casa Carrera has everything you need to feel at home, and even has games for the kids! I think the only thing needed is proper fixed solid shade outside as the deck receives all day sun. Thank you for having us once again!

Amazing view and beautiful home!

Loved our stay here! The home was very modern, extremely well kept, very clean, organised and had everything you would need for your say. The view and location right on the river was gorgeous to wake up to in the mornings. Owner was absolutely wonderful to deal with clear and easy to read instructions provided at the home. If your looking for a lovely and peaceful place to stay.. would highly recommend this home.

A great place to get away and unwind

This beautiful house situated on an inlet of the Murray River is outstanding! The view is beautiful both during the day and at night. The house was decently stocked with all the amenities you could need. Only a few nit picks: The provided towels were quite small, I would recommend bringing your own The coffee machine was quite finicky and hard to use During the day the spa was unusable as there was no shade from the sun It is impossible to close the front door without it also being locked so friends cannot come and go without knowing the door code

Excellent house & location

We had the pleasure of staying at casa Carrara for 2 nights. The house was beautifully designed, modern, exceptionally clean and the host was nice and informative. Great location being on the marina and only a 30 minute walk to the pub! Our furrbaby had a great time too, we’ll definitely stay again!

I am 30 years old and work as an interior designer. This is the first house my husband Cesar and I build together and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do! We live in Adelaide and absolutely cherish the tranquility of the river combined with the opportunity to spend some exciting hours at the Motorsport Park. We also like driving to Langhorne Creek for a nice lunch and wine tasting and renting a boat to wakeboard.
