3bedroom/1 full bath stand up shower. A fully stocked kitchen & propane grill on the deck. Eat inside the sunroom or outside on the trex deck with large 11 ft umbrella both have a gorgeous view of the lake!
Enjoy 60 ft of private water just steps down from the house. 50 foot dock to swim off with deep area off the end and floating swim raft

Come enjoy a piece of CNY heaven. Nearby wineries, downtown Skaneateles shops, hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, etc!

The house is just a few steps to the lake. Feel free to use our kayaks, rafts or dock for your personal pleasure!

We love sharing our little home on the lake, we welcome you to stay as friends and family! We give you full space,privacy and contactless check in and checkout. This is not a Bed and Breakfast or a hotel experience. We have mattress and pillow protectors that are cleaned. Please bring your own linens, towels and blankets.
The house is on a small septic and hot water heater please be conservative with water use.
If bringing a boat you must let us know ahead of time and will need to be launched at marina prior to arrival. Our street is small one way with a dead end. There is no area to keep or fit a trailer
Boat hoist rental can be negotiated
Dock is seasonal only available late Spring to Early Fall
Winter rentals may be possible please message us for details

Beautiful camp!

This was such a nice camp—very clean and comfortable! And the location was perfect! We enjoyed kayaking, swimming, paddle boarding, and spending time out on the lake and the deck. We all had a lovely time!

Quiet, Comfortable Lakeside Retreat

This little abode provided the perfect retreat for my family of 5 while in town to visit family. Great mix of rustic charm and modern conveniences inside. Lakeside views and activities were everything we hoped for outside. Lake, dock, kayaks, fire pit, outside dining - all added up to a fun and relaxing getaway. Things to note: there are a lot of steps to navigate and this is a VERY quiet community. Perfect for us, but look elsewhere if you want to party. Brian was an excellent host and provided good details regarding the property and surrounding area. It'd be an easy choice to return when we're in the area again.

Great time on Otisco Lake

We had a great week at this lakefront property. Our kids enjoyed fishing every day, and we all had fun exploring the area. The fall scenery was breathtaking!

Beautiful location and terrific hosts

I can't say enough about Brian and Kristen. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure our vacation was enjoyable. The house is very well appointed, kept up nicely and very comfortable. Otisco Lake has wonderful views and sports some very good fishing. Because of the pandemic we didn't venture out much. However there are some close restaurants and the general store down the road has what you need as well as pizza, subs and ice cream. The bait store and boat launch were also close. We had a wonderful time and would love to return.

Lake relaxation

The Evans property is just perfect for a quiet get away. The lake house is clean, easy access to the lake, town and all around country charm! The fishing was excellent and very exciting to pull in some nice size small and largemouth bass. Definitely would recommend this piece of lake heaven!

Great time on the lake!

House was super cute and had everything we would need. Location is perfect and we made great memories with our kids kayaking, swimming off the dock, fishing and roasting s’mores. They were great hosts!

Enchanted!

This was a charming and well laid out lake house. Neat and clean with lots of windows to catch views of the lake. Some nice new appliances and furniture. The two refrigerators were extremely convenient, and the deck was well equipped and just a great place to spend time. If I could change anything, it would be the number of stairs to access the property and a larger front lawn space. I would be remiss not to mention that the owners were very kind and amenable. Overall an enchanting place to stay!
