We want to invite you to spend a 'HAPPY--FUN-FILLED VACATION' at our BEACH HOME. If you are interested in a VERY CLEAN AND UPDATED HOME...then ours is for YOU!!!
MAXIMUM OCCUPANTS 5 INDIVIDUALS...WE ONLY RENT TO FAMILIES--- WE DO NOT RENT TO ANYONE WHO COMES TO PARTY, SENIOR WEEK, or ANYONE UNDER 25. ALSO, WE DO NOT RENT TO ADULTS THAT RENT FOR TEENAGERS AND ARE NOT STAYING IN OUR HOME WITH THEM WHEN THEY VACATION. MAXIMUM OCCUPANTS 5 INDIVIDUALS...
.NO PETS ALLOWED! NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE OUR HOME... If any of these happen you will be removed from the premises by Security, even if it's your first day there. You will not get your deposit or any of your rent back...

All the amenities and activities of the resort are yours to enjoy when you rent our home. We are located at 1226 Shark's Tooth Trail.

(NO SMOKING OR VAPING AND NO PETS--NO EXCEPTIONS), MAXIMUM OCCUPANTS (5 INDIVIDUALS ) ..

Our Home is very relaxing...

Living room has a LARGE FLAT SCREEN TV... Reclining sofa, NEW loveseat, ceiling fan...

Our Beach Home has two bedrooms with comfortable Queen size beds. We have Flat Screen TV in Master bedroom. We also have a full size futon with a very thick mattress. Our home sleeps up to five...

We have two bathrooms. Master bath and a smaller bath with sink, tub/shower and toilet.
Renters bring their own linens, towels....

Kitchen is very airy with full size stove and large microwave over stove, side by side refrigerator/freezer, with ice-maker, electric--(toaster, coffee maker, can opener), pots, pans, dishes, glasses, coffee cups, silverware, knifes, etc. Everything you could possible need. Dining room with table and chairs, stools.. (sits five).

We also have an outside shower to clean those feet before you enter our home...

We have plenty of games, (regular monopoly, junior monopoly trivia, checkers, Battleship, etc., cards, games for kids and adults, books for children and adults.

Deck has picnic table with umbrella. Also, have high back chairs with soft cushions to sit with a cool drink or that morning coffee and just relax.

(Free Internet is available at Snack Bar.) We do not have internet in our home.

When you rent from us we will send you an express check-in so you can pre-register your vehicle(s). During summer months this can save you from waiting in long lines. This way you skip the lines and drive straight through to our Beach Home and begin your Vacation!!

Great beach house
We were in MB for 8 days for a softball tournament. 7 of them we spent at the beach house. Everything was how the owner described, the house was in a good location. We rented a golf cart, as the entire property is huge, but we’ve stayed there before so we knew what to expect. Barbara communicated with me in the months leading up to our stay and was most gracious. We would definitely rent from her again.

Awesome place
We highly enjoyed our stay. This was our first time at ocean lakes and will be our new summer vacation destination. Barbara was great with communication from the time we first booked until the day we left to go back home.

We had an amazing trip. The house was perfect, the second bathroom is a little small, but was perfect for our kids! My husband is 6'4 so he really didn't fit in the smaller bathroom. They were great with everything!!

Wonderful vacation
This house was perfect for our stay. It’s beautiful and updated, with a nice porch to sit on and watch the golf carts go by. Large trees shade the road and makes it so pleasant in the summer. The Murphy's were so nice to lease from. Will definitely recommend for a wonderful vacation experience.

Great place. Check in and communication was awesome. Had everything you need to cook meals. Beds were nice and comfortable. Not too far from the beach.Definitely best to have a golf cart to get around. My family Hope's to be back soon. Would definitely stay here again.

Do not recommend
No internet despite being listed as "on site". Husband had to use internet at clubhouse for some business. Second bathroom is about 4X6- too small for an average adult to sit on toilet without their legs hitting sink. Cannot close the bathroom door because there is no room for an adult to stand; had to close the doors between the bedroom and kitchen to make the bathroom larger, and the doors had 1 foot gaps in the top so there was no privacy between the bedroom and kitchen. Owner expects guests to clean and has an extensive cleaning checklist, I'd rather pay an extra $100 to have professionals clean. The home was dirty when we got there.

The perfect getaway!!
Everything was perfect except next time I’d take my own bedding because there is mattress covers and pillow covers that weren’t quite peaceful. Other than that everything was wonderful even the host. Barbara was just a text away and was very prompt when she returned any questions I had. I would definitely stay at there home again!! And would recommend it to all!!

The house was very good. It would be nice to have a person who cleaned so we didn't have to do that before we left. Having to clean before you leave is not a vacation.
