Our 1, 570 sq. ft condo at Northwest Point Resort is perfect for couples, families or friends, looking for a fun and beautiful vacation away from the hustle and bustle.

Completely renovated with new flooring throughout the apartment, modern bathrooms including tiled walls & rain head showers and new furniture.

The condo is conveniently located steps away from the pool and gorgeous beach. It is on the 1st floor, so no need to worry about carrying luggage up the stairs. In an open floor design, there is a large living room, dining area and recently updated kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with brand new appliances, Nespresso Vertuo machine, and all the dishes and utensils needed for home cooking. The large patio, accessible from 2 bedrooms and the living room, has a beautiful view of the dazzling ocean. It is a quiet and lovely spot to enjoy meals and view the acres of tropical vegetation & birds & spectacular sunrises.

The condo includes 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have comfortable queen sized beds while the master has a new King size bed. The beds sleep 6 adults and you can also sleep 2 kids / 1 adult comfortably on the sofa bed in the living room.

We provide all linen, bath and beach towels. There are also 4 beach chairs, 4 sets of snorkels, a beach umbrella and cooler to use and enjoy on your beach excursions. The condo's washer/dryer will come in handy after a day at the beach and enable you to pack less clothes than usual.
Board games, 2 TVs with Cable channels, an Xbox and high speed internet will provide entertainment when you unwind indoors. Centralized AC keeps the apartment refreshingly cool at a range of 72 - 84 degrees. Guests can adjust 2 zones from smart Nest thermostats.

The resort is located adjacent to a nature reserve , with beautiful and natural white sandy beach with some turtle grass. You can walk for miles in either direction, watching birds & sea turtles, collecting sea shells and snorkeling.
The resort is usually very quiet and has a wonderful pool and hot tub. There are loungers/ chairs and umbrellas around the pool & hot tub, and loungers/chairs and palapas at the beach and as you will often be the only people on the beach and at the pool, you will be able to truly relax and enjoy this oasis.
There is a communal BBQ for guests to use anytime and kayaks are also available for use at no extra fees.
The resort is gated, with a security guard walking the grounds during the night. As an extra measure of safety, we also have a camera mounted by the front door to our apartment.

A car is highly recommended on the island and necessary if you are staying at Northwest Point Resort, as the resort is located 15 -20 minutes (drive) away from PLS airport, at a secluded and peaceful spot at the northern end of the island. The last 10 minutes of the drive to the resort are on a well maintained gravel road which makes needing a car essential.
We are 20 minutes from famous Grace Bay where you find world renowned beaches, delicious restaurants and shops. Grocery stores are 15 minutes away.

quiet property you have your own private oasis away from the hustle and bustle. You can still drive into the town amongst all the tourists and then come back and relax in peace and tranquility.

Calm Turks vacay

We enjoyed the location for this home, it was as expected. Nice, calm, and tranquil. The home was clean and had plenty of beach toys, snorkels, ice chest, and chairs. The home was clean and everything worked as it should. The pool and beach were very relaxing, there were only a few people at the resort so no need to wake up early to snag chairs. There is an awesome beach around the corner, Malcolm road beach. Grace bay is always fun but way too crowded, this is a great location to sit back n listen to the waves. Thanks for the awesome stay and great communication.

The property is as advertised. It was very clean. It served our purpose and needs. It was myself, a dear friend and my adult daughter. We each had a bedroom. The pool and hot tub were very nice and well kept. We had dinner at the bar/restaurant on premises, it was very good. The resort is remote, if you want more action, stay somewhere else. It was quite here, which we enjoyed. thank you , we enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely stunning!

This property was absolutely stunning. Its a perfect place to stay with the whole family. The check in process was easy. The property is clean and has everything you could need. Pleanty of beach chairs, beach toys, games, towels, pillows, blankets and a well stocked kitchen. Instructions for the property were helpful, and made it easy to plan for the stay. The beaches are secluded and wonderful to explore. The northwest point is a must see. The kids LOVED the pool and hot tub, which we were almost always the only ones there. The restaurant on site was awesome after a long day of travel. You will jeed a rental car, and definitely stop at the grocery store before heading down to the condo as its quite a ways away but trust me when I say its worth it. We will be booking here again for our next visit to TCI. I cant say enough good things about this condo. You will not be disappointed!

Worth it!

We had a fantastic stay here! The hosts were extremely kind and prompt in answering our questions before our visit and they made sure we arrived safely without issue. The property manager, Debbie, went shopping for us before our arrival which was super helpful! She continued to check in with us throughout the week to make sure we didn’t need anything. The condo is stocked well with lots of beach chairs, towels, coolers and ice packs, kitchen gadgets and fixings for cooking meals. We also ate at The Tides (onsite restaurant, closed on Mondays). They were very good to us and had good food too. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We probably spent more time at other beaches but the one at the condo is also nice. Many people commented on bug spray which we didn’t feel a need for it until we were 4 days into our vaca, probably because it had been windier earlier in the week. I absolutely recommend Grace Bay Car Rental vs the other mainstream agencies. It’s the only one at the airport and easily accessible. They also had AMAZING service! The beds, showers, lanai and entire property was nice but keep in mind it isn’t close to shopping or restaurants. We were okay with that but good to keep in mind.

Perfection!

This is our fourth time staying at Northwest Point and with Naomi and Raz and we love it here so much. The apartment is well equipped for a family and for children and we love that in the morning we can sit out on the private deck/ porch and enjoy the sun. Our son spends hours in the pool but then we can also enjoy the beach and long walks at any time of day. And our hosts always take such amazing and diligent care of us if we need anything at all. We will keep coming back!

Gorgeous

Party of 6 couples had an amazing time and well needed rest away from our 18 kids combined. Condo was well equipped with anything we needed and more. Beach and pool were great and never crowded. We really enjoyed being able to snorkel so close to shore and see lots of fish. Kayaks and paddleboards were great to use also. If you want a more secluded area away from the hustle and bustle this is your place! It was fantastic!!

Beautiful and Tranquil

Great property, tranquill and away from it all. A Great 3 bedroom 2 bath Condo. Fully stocked kitchen, clean and comfortable. The Pool jacuzzi and Beach are even more Beautiful in person. Hosts were on top of everything and communication was super simple. Plenty of towels and Beach gear which is an extra added bonus and savings. This truly is Heaven on Earth! Weather was exceptional. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a Beautiful vacation!

Great stay! Nice condo, essentially private pool and beach.

Our family of 5 traveled over the holidays to TCI. We loved our stay at this home. The beach is natural - so yes there is seaweed - but borders a national park which has tons of birds and apparently sea turtles (we missed them tough). You can walk to another beach too it’s about 2 miles. Often it was either just us or maybe one other family on this huge beach. The pool and hot tub are great. Condo was clean and well stocked kitchen and well stocked beach/swim toys. Regarding location - it is VERY quiet. It is a 20-30 minute drive to wherever you want to go in regards to restraunts. We didn’t mind that and the owners clearly say that in their property discussion. The patio is lovely. Overall - the condo is perfect if you want to stay in this location! One thing to know - eating out is incredibly expensive. ($300 for most dinners and that includes no appetizer and one beverage per person). There is a restraunt on site that opened while we were there and the food was delicious. Make sure to bring bug spray as the mosquitos were pretty intense, though I think this might be unusual.

Beautiful and secluded

This condo is exactly as described! It is off the beaten path and away from most activities but it’s listed as such and gives you a private getaway when you’re done for the day. The condo is well stocked and clean. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The pool and beach is beautiful. We walked for forever on the beach and never encountered anyone! I highly recommend this condo. The communication was also very good with the owner.

Loved Northwest Paradise!

The condo was exactly as advertised. Very clean, comfortable and had everything you could need for a fun stay. The pool area is beautiful and we spent a lot of time relaxing there. As other reviews mention, the drive is 20-30 mins away from most activities, shops, restaurants. And the beach right there at the condo is good for exploring, but not the best for swimming. But gorgeous beaches are a drive away. The owners were extremely responsive. We truly had a great experience with this condo. Thank you!

Beautiful Condo. Excellent Stay

This is a beautiful condo in Northwest Point Resort. The rooms were large and airy. The patio was spacious had a great view. The condo was clean, modern and beautifully decorated. The condo came supplied with beach towels and snorkeling equipment. We had a great time on the private beach (which had free beach chairs, umbrellas and kayaks) and we loved the pool. My son’s eyes lit up by when he saw the Xbox. Naomi and Raz were great hosts and extremely responsive. Aside from our beach we easily drove across the island to visit other beaches and go on excursions. This was such an affordable and convenient way to travel with full kitchen and washer and dryer. The island is beautiful, the condo was perfect, my family loved it and we would definitely come back here again.

Like a private resort

The resort is a bit of a drive, but it's well worth it. The condo was one of the best we've stayed at in Provo and across the Bahamas - updated and well-equipped. The beach was very private, with sea turtles at the west end. We enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding, and our kids adored the pool. We'll be back.

Amazing Stay!!

I stayed here with my family for a week - the apartment was spacious, clean and had everything you could think of for a weeklong stay! It felt like a resort without the crowds. The pool area, gardening and other surroundings were well kept and quiet. Although there was seaweed in the beach area directly in front of the resort, a 5-minute walk down the beach had beautiful clear waters shallow enough to walk out far! The condo had chairs, umbrellas and a cooler, all of which we used to enjoy our beach days. Recommend renting a car and stopping at a grocery store to stock up on food and drinks as the condo is approx. 10-12 mins from the closest grocery store and approx. 25 mins from the Grace Bay area. We truly enjoyed staying at Northwest Point and would stay again - thanks Naomi & Raz!

Perfect Paradise for Multi-Generation Family

Northwest Paradise / Wheeland Settlement was a perfect home-away-from home for our family that included my husband, my parents, and our two children, 13 and 11. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo was clean and just the right size for us. Naomi and Raz were top notch communicators throughout the entire process from inquiries, to reservations, changes with dates, check-in, questions once there, etc. Always fast and efficient with their replies. They also offered tips for our stay. The pool area was spotless, looked like a resort, and hardly ever had people. We saw groundspeople several times making sure everything looked picture perfect. The beach is very different than the "famous" beaches in T&C but beautiful none-the-less. Miles to walk with no one in sight. The dirt road is about three miles I think so gather supplies before you head out and try to minimize how many trips in and out you have to make. It is all worth it once you arrive. Our only complaint is that we didn't have enough time at the condo / pool / beach to do all the water activities that were available to us! (Kayaks, paddleboards, beach games, etc... We did have an airline issue that cut us a day and a half short but even if we had been there, we would not have been able to fit everything in. The place is heavenly!) Would absolutely rent here again. Thank you Naomi and Raz for sharing your slice of paradise!

Most Incredible Place!

I stayed here with two of my sisters and their family's. We all absolutely loved it. The unit is amazing and very well stocked. If we could add anything it would be mirrors in the bedrooms to allow someone to get ready while someone else was showering and plastic stemless wine glasses that could be taken to the pool. We loved the fact that there was plates, cups and silverware for little kids. Though the beach immediately in front of the resort was often full of seaweed and grasses if you walked less than 5 minutes up toward the Nature Preserve there was a perfectly clear area where the water was crystal clear and you could walk out into the ocean as far as you desired and it was no more than chest deep most of the time. We loved having access to a pool and hot tub as the kids tired of the sand occasionally. We loved how secluded and quiet this place was as we felt safe to let the older kids have a little more freedom to roam on their own and enjoy the resort. The few people that we met were all very nice! We could not have made a better choice for our vacation!!!

Paradise on earth

I cannot even explain how beautiful this place is. The pictures cannot even capture it. The resort and home has everything you need to be comfortable and there is nothing Naomi and Raz did not think of. It is a quick drive to multiple grocers, we personally liked Smart. You are also steps away from an amazing beach with great snorkeling just around the bend. We loved the smaller crowd and everyone we met loved it as well. I will be back many many times.

The perfect holiday

We love North West Point reserve and Naomi and Raz’s beautiful space! The resort is all the way at the point of the island with a long beautiful beach for walking and swimming. The pool is wonderful and a lovely hot tub, and we love grabbing groceries on our way from the airport so we can cook and be set up for our entire visit! The condo is on the ground floor with a gorgeous view of the sunrise, and it’s quiet and a great combination for a blended family. We have 2 teens and a little guy and this condo gives us enough space and privacy that we can be comfortable for 10 days. The recent Reno’s are a bonus. We always come back from our vacation relaxed and so happy we found a home away from home!

Best vacation stay ever!

This property may be away from everything, but it’s not. It’s clean, easy to get to and very peaceful.. The beach, pool, and accommodations are all I need, and the island is small enough that it does not take long to get to the numerous other beaches. I am definitely coming back again!
