Fun get-away

We had an enjoyable time staying at this condo. We were close to the pool and other accessories to enjoy our stay. Area was quiet and easy to get to from major Freeway. We would definitely stay again.

Clean, comfortable, plenty of room

Clean and comfortable condo with plenty of room for spreading out with our stuff. Big bedrooms with walk in closets and comfy beds. Downstairs end unit made access easy and it was quiet. The complex has pools, hot tubs, and games at the clubhouse. Great family place.

Amazing condo!

Check in process is so easy. Property was clean and had everything we needed! Grill worked great and access to the pool is right out the back door! Thank you for a wonderful stay at this great condo!

Awesome and very clean

We were very hesitant to book a place after having terrible experiences with other sites. So we chose to try vrbo instead and I’m glad we did. This place was spotless. I went in thinking that we’d have to clean the place and there was no need. We swiffered the floors and the pad was still white afterwards without a spec of dirt on it. Same with the toilets and bathtubs both were flawless. Bed sheets were clean as well. We loved this place so much that we decided to stay one extra night which was super easy to do. The management team was friendly and easy to deal with. All the amenities were exactly as advertised. We were very sad when it came time to leave. I would live here if I could. Will most definitely be booking this place again in the future and because of the awesome quality of the experience I would also trust St. George rentals for a different place if needed.

Good condo & location!

I love the location of this property, it's quiet & only a short walk to the pool. The kitchen is really nice & functional, good bedrooms, TV has lots of options, needs a little updating in a few areas, but overall is a great property!

Cleanliness/couch bed/pillows

We have used VRBO a lot with good success and I have never wrote a negative review yet. Description stated that unit had a couch bed, which it does but when pulling it out mattress was disgusting and could not find the pump that goes with it. Pillows on the beds were also the cheapest worst pillows we have seen in a long time. I would recommend bringing your own pillows and would not plan to use the couch bed. We were already thinking we might leave a day early due to weather but the decision was solidified with the not being able to use the couch bed and the condition of the pillows… we only stayed one night and left early.

Spacious condo

The condo is clean and spacious and in a great location for the Senior Games softball venues. I would just suggest a new can opener and maybe some instructions on how to use the coffee maker.

Quick stay fun for kids

Kids loved all the pools and grass areas. Property had a big island for preparing meals. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked great.

Great family vacation condo

Me and my family came here and were pleasantly delighted by the amenities. It was equipped with everything needed plus the pools. It was a very pleasant experience. We would definitely come here again.

The pool (family pool near building 18) was dirty and leafy. The water wasn't clean. The cleaning of the apartment (carpet) could have been much better. The carpet smelled. Plus, it would be nice to get some replenishments of the toilet paper and tissues, if needed. The staff flat out denied giving us an extra "Kleenex" when it was already almost empty when we arrived. The place was beautiful! We really enjoyed out stay there but fixing a few things as mentioned above would make the stay even better and more enjoyable!! Thank you. B.r.

Better than the pictures

We found this property to be perfect for our little family. Cozy. Clean. Simple. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed to prepare a meal. The proximity to the family pool and playground couldn’t have been better. My kids were thrilled! But despite our closeness, we didn’t hear the noise of those playing at the pool. The only downfall—the sliding door covering in the master is so nice BUT a lot of light does come through. Not a big deal if you’re a night owl and early riser. We didn’t find it to be a problem. Definitely a must stay!

Great stay, clean, comfortable and very pleasant.

The condo was fantastic, very clean and well maintained. Looks even better in person. Management company was quick to respond and helpful. The only negative is that the walls/ceiling are very thin and you can hear every sound from above. It didn't help that there was an obnoxious family above that let 6 kids run around like a pack of wild animals. We would happily stay again, hopefully a little more courteous neighbors next time.
