A well-kept-secret on 30A, Palms North is a true gem! Located just on the north side of the “A”, you'll have easy, quick access to the gulf with a lovely boardwalk to the beach right across the street, only a 3-minute walk. After relaxing on the beach all day, you’ll enjoy cooling off in the large community pool Palms North provides, and if grilling is your “thing”, there’s a charcoal grill nearby, too.

This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a loft will sleep 10 comfortably. The master includes a king bed, the guest room has a queen, and the loft 2 queen beds. The spectacular, new kitchen is open to the dining and living area encouraging everyone to spend quality time together. There’s also a screened porch overlooking the pool, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or tea.

Palms North is a quiet, smaller complex with only 16 units. This unit is pet friendly, for well-behaved small furry children (canines only), 25 pounds or less. Fantastic location!

We loved our stay at the Dune Buddy! Beach access is directly across the street and dining is an easy walk down the walking path. We 100% will be returning.

Quiet and close to the beach

Beautiful Townhome located minutes from the beach!

Pictures do not accurately represent current condo condition. Every room had something broken or damaged. Limited kitchen appointments. Worn and stained furniture. Appears normal maintenance has been ignored. Would not recommend this condo for the price!

Best location ever!

One block from beach and convenience store. It was quiet and private. Nice to have the screened porch to help everyone spread out. Bring everything you might need...paper towels and toilet paper and coffee filters because only the basics are available. The strobe light in the fridge was a crazy addition! Lol

The condo was really nice. Mostly clean, the floors need cleaning a little more especially the kitchen and deck areas. We were very pleased with our stay at this condo. The beach area could use more space, of course I know that would be impossible because of the private condos. Thank you very much for sharing with us.

Fall Break family vacation

Took advantage of fall break! We took our puppy with us. It was a great experience! The complex had great lawn space for our dog. The complex was quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

Very close to the beach and beach access. Less than 2 minutes walking. Kitchen has everything you need to cook from scratch. Very quiet location. Walmart close by. Ice cream shop and shopping plaza in walking distance. 4th of July fireworks right on the beach. Coming back next year:)

Relaxing and nicely updated.

The Condo was nicely decorated and comfortable. We loved the quiet area, and easy beach access. We will be back. The only suggestion I would provide is new patio furniture, do to severe deterioration we did not spend as much time on the screened in porch as we would have liked. Overall we had a wonderful and comfortable visit.

Close to beach-great area!

This condo is in the heart of Dune Allen/Santa Rosa Beach. The beach access is right across 30A-a 5 minute walk. The area is perfect-quite, with restaurants just a 5 min bike ride away. The condo was roomy, had updated designs and was perfect for our family. The master bedroom was beautiful and comfortable, and the kids enjoy the extra room in the upstairs loft. Open concept-perfect for family together time.

The condo was in a perfect location! The area is very pet friendly, we really appreciated that.

Perfect in every way

This place is perfect for our large family. The rooms are surprisingly large and the loft is very spacious even with 2 queen sized beds in it. The master bathroom is a dream, the marble, the decor and the cleanliness. The kitchen is stocked with everything that we need even the big stock pot for the country boil. Being close to Walmart and Publix really helps and walking to Gulf place is very convenient. The beach is pristine and seems very private on this side of 30A. We just crossed the street and we are on white sugary sand in 2 minutes The only drawback is this condo is very popular and gets booked far in advance.
