Exquisite waterfront cottage

A beautiful cottage on the water!! We enjoyed attending Fan Fest in Guilford. Cottage is 5 minutes to the quaint town. It was a home away from home. Grateful for our stay-Thank you!

Lovely cottage with amazing views!!

My family had a wonderful weekend at this ocean front cottage. Our five-year-old had a blast exploring the beach, searching for shells and ocean treasures, and the two-year-old did her best to catch up. The cottage is super close to town and Bishop’s Orchard, so we spent time on the green and the local pumpkin patch. Cottage was fully stocked with all kitchen gear and linens you could need, and Andrea made the check in and check out process a breeze. Highly recommend and hope to come back soon!

Absolutely stunning!

The moment we arrived, we were in awe! The view is absolutely stunning. The home is by far the cleanest home we have ever stayed in, and had everything needed for a long stay. The fire pit and grill were major bonuses! We will definitely come back to this property in the future for some much needed relaxation! The town is the sweetest little town with quaint shops. The property is located in the most beautiful setting and is extremely quiet with very little traffic. The owners and property manager have seriously gone above and beyond with this home! It was a wonderful week!

Wonderful - had to return to this rental!

We had such an awesome experience in June that when we saw time free up in late August we could not resist. This location is one of the most serene waterfronts you can experience. Slice of heaven

Everything you could possibly need and more for a beach vacation. We stayed here for a month and loved every minute. The cottage is so pretty and comfortable. Outside patio is a great area to grill and chill, steps to private beach. The cottage is in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. Jason is awesome and available. We already booked for next year!

This is a perfect waterfront getaway. Unbelievable views. Great backyard for entertaining. The house is decorated beautifully. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is perfect and completely equipped. Great place especially for outdoor gatherings

This property was great for hosting friends for meals outside right on the Cove, with everything needed to entertain right there — the grill, fridge, hammock, outdoor shower & toilet. Enough parking area for a few cars, which has not been the case in our other Shore rentals. The view is spectacular, seen also from the big open well-equipped kitchen with large windows. The interior is spacious and beautifully decorated. I especially loved watching the shorebirds at low tide. We had a great stay with our adult children and would happily return.

Our stay was enjoyable although we had to cut our trip short due to a power outage.

Overall it was lovely and peaceful stay. Mother Nature caused a power outage at the end of our trip but the property was great for the time we were there. It was clean and plenty of amenities. Low tide is amazing as you you can walk out really far and go clamming. The town beach is open to the public so keep that in mind if you you want a bit more of a bigger beach feel although it’s it calm LI Sound wave action...meaning zero. Still really nice. We had a great time.

Perfection

We came to Guilford for a five day visit and had the most tremendous experience! Check-in was simple and contact free, the house with sparkling clean, and equipped with everything that you could want or need for a vacation. The views were spectacular, the outdoor space was perfect, the fireplace was the perfect cozy spot to warm up. Great towns nearby, lots of outdoor things to do, plenty of food options, and kind neighbors around the house. We will definitely return and almost don’t want to write a good review because we don’t want the secret to get out! Thank you so much for such a needed escape and lovely experience.

Absolutely perfect place for a get away

We could not have been happier with this beautiful house. Property was exactly as described and as in photos. We spent many evenings cooking in the kitchen, grilling on the patio, enjoying both the indoors and the outdoors. The patio is the perfect setting from morning to night. Town is a short bike ride away, many grocery stores located within 10 min. The bay is perfect for kayaking and digging for clams, the rolling hills were fun for biking, and the fire pit outside and fireplace inside were great for enjoyable time at the house. Sonos speakers throughout inside and outside. Awesome grill. Comfortable beds. Great kitchen. We highly recommend this property and would definitely return.

Awesome experience

This property was truly outstanding and exactly what everybody else is saying about it. We didn't want to leave. Quiet and peaceful. Incredible views throughout the day. Kayaking, seashell hunting, clamming are all just a few steps from the back porch. Grilling out in the evening, and eating on the deck was relaxing. People in the neighborhood were all friendly and helpful. The home was clean and fully furnished, with everything we could have asked for. Washer and dryer, and outside shower/bathroom came in handy with a large family. The owner was friendly and easy to contact. Easy to drive into town, or hop on the interstate. Will go back again and again.
