First-floor unit with kitchenette & one full bath in Carriage Stop; just steps from the beach

Sleeps 6 - Bedroom has two full beds and a small TV; Living room has a futon bed, 50-inch smart TV with Blue-ray DVD player; WiFi included; Ocean view from the balcony/common area; One-car permit (in the top kitchen drawer by the window AC) parking on the service in the borough where you a meter spot; Wildwoods/Cape May area attractions minutes away; Public transportation available to the Wildwoods boardwalk and other attractions.

Please note the following check-in details:
The condo is at Carriage Stops Condos, Wildwood Crest, NJ. It is on the first floor by the pool and looks more like a motel office.
Check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out at 10 am.
Per HOA, no pets are allowed.
The lockbox code will be provided a day or two before your check-in. The unit key is in the lockbox.
Wi-Fi Access Point is hmc, password 402atlantic
Please bring your own bed sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and towels. There are two full beds and a full-size futon bed.
The shower knob/handle is a little stiff. Pull this out and then turn for hot or cold water.
The trash dump is on the side of the property on Atlantic Ave.
Outdoor shower is on the side of the property, please don’t bring sand into the apartment as it can cause plumbing issues in the shower drain.
Please bring your own toilet paper and a paper towels.
Please clean the kitchen, including pots and pans and the refrigerator at check-out.
At your check-out, please place the key back in the lockbox.
