Our favorite part of the house is the open floor plan, which is perfect for gathering, and also the stunning outdoor living space! Large Samsung Smart TVs in EVERY bedroom plus a huge 65" Samsung TV in the living room, with a BOSE sound bar for listening to your favorite playlist!

Amazing home

This townhouse is excellent! I was in Nashville to celebrate my birthday with friends & family & it was all couples. We had more than enough space for us all to be comfortable. No bunk beds or twin beds here! I liked we all had our own bathrooms as well. The location is excellent. Close enough to everything without too much of the noise after hours. The hosts had snacks/drinks for us upon arrival which was nice. I would definitely recommend this location for a family or group trip. Plenty of parking between the garage, driveway, & street. There is construction going on right next to the building so M-F it’ll be a little noisy during the day but it was not a problem for us.

Spring Break 2024 with Family

We stayed at the property with my teenager son, my best friend, her teenage son, and her sister and brother in law. Great house! Fit all of us perfectly and plenty of space. The area was nice with lots within walking distance. We will for sure look to stay at this property or another one with these property managers. House was clean, and lots of nice welcome treats and drinks left for us. The set of bags in the garage was nice also. We had fun playing with the kids on one of the nicer days and enjoying some down time. Great stay!

Gary’s Nashville trip

The property at 2126 Hayes Street was an excellent choice and we enjoyed it immensely. It comfortably fit our group and I would highly recommend it to anybody looking to visit Nashville. A great location not far from lower Broadway or the Airport. There are even Some great food or drinking options just around the corner.

Exceeds Expectations

From the moment we booked our experience was EXCELLENT. The host is very responsive and more than accommodating of our requests. Once we arrived, the condo had everything we could need and more. This place is clean with high end finishes. We would definitely recommend 10 out of 10 times.

Our stay was so much fun. We absolutely loved the nice big dining room table for playing cards and eating the delicious meals we prepared in the kitchen. The decor was super cool and very high-end. Lauren helped us navigate to the best restaurants nearby. She was super helpful in every way. The location was unbeatable. The girls trip ever! We will be back next year. Thank you again.

Gorgeous!

Jen and Lauren's home was absolutely stunning. One of the nicest rentals we've stayed in. It was open, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It was chilly when we visited and we started each day by lighting the fireplace and having a cozy breakfast in the modern kitchen. One morning was warmer and we were able to enjoy the weather on the rooftop deck. The location was excellent - just a block away from the Vanderbilt campus, right near Centennial Park and within walking distance to Broadway. Communication with Jen and Lauren was excellent and they even gave us permission to park in their garage when we arrived too early for check-in. The coffee at nearby Coco Cafe was excellent and we picked up groceries at the Whole Foods and Publix. For the vegans/vegetarians, the food at Avo was delicious. There is a construction project right next door to the building (and they typically started at 7:00!) but there are lots of earplugs and white noise machines provided. We chose the bedroom furthest away from the construction and we didn't hear much noise, but it was seemed to be louder on the other side of the house. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us to Nashville.

Have stayed here on many occasions and it’s the only host that truly takes care of their guests. Always easy to communicate with and the home is always very clean and stocked with snacks and drinks. Located near West End but a short Uber ride down to Broadway. Several restaurants located within a five minute walk.

I cannot express enough how incredibly amazing our stay at this vacation rental was! It truly exceeded all expectations and stands out as one of the most luxurious and spacious accommodations I have ever experienced. As the host of my bachelorette trip, I wanted to ensure that all 18 girls would have ample space, and that's why we opted for two neighboring townhomes. Let me tell you, these townhomes go above and beyond any other rentals I've seen elsewhere. They are specifically designed for hosting large groups, with generous room sizes and an abundance of showers to accommodate everyone comfortably. Throughout our stay, not once did we feel cramped or crowded. The host of the property was an absolute gem, providing us with exceptional assistance and keeping the lines of communication wide open. Their attentiveness and helpfulness truly made our experience even more memorable. Based on this outstanding experience, I wholeheartedly recommend this host's properties to anyone seeking a top-notch vacation rental. You won't be disappointed!

Birthday Weekend!

Everything was perfect! Lauren was quick to respond to emails and had great suggestions for our group. The house was clean and beautiful! The fridge full of beverages for our arrival was just the thing to tide us over until we got groceries. Great location! Easy to Uber back and forth to Broadway. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of bathrooms and showers for our group of 9. The deck was perfect for relaxing in the morning before we headed out for the day. We would definitely stay here again!

The minute me and my family opened the doors and walked in, we felt like we were in a 5 star hotel! The place is beautiful, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms! The kitchen and family room are amazing and cozy, gorgeous high ceilings, impeccably decorated! We had everything we needed and more. We needed one thing and they were there within 20 minutes dropping it off! It was about 1 1/2 miles to broadway attractions. If we didnt feel like walking we did Uber or Lyft. It was a wonderful family vacation and would 100% recommend. i cant wait to return

Girls Trip to relax and have fun in Nashville

Incredible!! This is my second time staying at this location and highly recommend. The property is so clean, thoughtful details, and a fabulous kitchen. The property manager was very attentive and quick to respond to our questions. Great location to all that Nashville has to offer. I plan to come back again!!!

Perfect!

We had 5 adults and 3 children (7 and under) and we were perfectly comfortable. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the property. We were greeted with a wonderful basket of treats and drinks. The bed linens and towels were very comfortable. Communication with the property owner was easy and they were incredibly responsive. We had a great time having a late afternoon wine and cheese break on the upstairs balcony. The kids (of all ages including adults) loved the hamburger/milkshake place within walking distance for a special treat. We had easy access (very quick drive) to downtown including Titans stadium. What a great experience!

Enjoyed our stay at this cozy/comfortable and immaculate home. Our host was excellent with referrals on food/entertainment/transportation and response and all the amenities needed to feel at home. Garage parking for two. Locations in convenient to Belmont/Vandy/downtown/the Gulch/12 South. Short Ubers if you don’t wish to walk.

The best property I have EVER stayed at!!

Lauren’s vacation property was AWESOME! Can’t stress that enough. Absolutely beautiful house with plenty of space for 11 people (even had an air mattress or 2 if necessary to spread out). So many special touches like makeup towels, some snacks and drinks upon arrival, coffee pods, and SO many hair dryers. Location was quiet and a quick ride to downtown. Walkable if reallyyy necessary but the Uber situation was easier and cheap for our group. Lauren herself was the best host we could have asked for – quick responses, great recommendations and the kindest human! She was so accommodating for an earlier check-in, and some of our flights were cancelled returning home and she was so sweet to accommodate us for an extra night as no one was staying at the property. Would recommend this property to anyone and would definitely stay here again my next trip to Nashville. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Great Property

This was a great place to stay for our family in Nashville. Choices for food within walking distance and a quick ride to Broadway. The owners are very hospitable and made the stay very comfortable. Lots of small touches, from the snacks provided to the simple check out process. Truly made for a nice vacation!
