We chose to keep this apartment because of its privileged location. Walking you have everything at hand. Beach, shopping centers, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.
What makes this property unique
First, the proximity to the sea. One can go for a walk, run, even take a bath in the sea, etc. Seeing the sea. The apartment is super spacious. It has 115 m2 of occupied area. It has a large, super spacious American style kitchen. The building consists of only six apartments. The elevator is direct to this
