Serenity Studio is for Non smokers/non vapers only. It is a private relaxing guest space in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy the clean and well maintained property both inside and out. Ideal for respectful singles and couples, snowbirds and business travelers, adventurers and senior citizens, this studio offers something for every traveler. If you are seeking a quiet place to work from, relax and rejuvenate at or end your busy day in, you've found it. There is a 2 day minimum and long term stays are available. Book early as these go quickly for the season.

Equipped with a microwave, full sized stove/oven and refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dinerware, and cookware; all this kitchen needs is your groceries! Grocery stores are 5-10 minutes away. There is a comfy king size bed, 42” TV (Roku provided) and a spacious separate room to work remotely from if you need a quiet workspace. Free Wifi onsite. There is a washer and dryer available for a fee.

The peaceful backyard, complete with birds and flowers, is a lovely place for you to sip your coffee, enjoy your meal or read a book.

This host actually has a list of “Find Me Gluten Free” safe rated restaurants in the Phoenix area; it includes entirely gf establishments!

Nearby are three golf courses, many restaurants, theatres, hospitals, banks, pharmacies, and the ever popular N. Mountain hiking trail and Turf Paradise Horse Racing track. The airport is only 25 minutes away. You will be close to Hwy 51, 1-17 and 101. Both Mayo clinic hospitals are close – one is 15 mins. The other 25.

One off-street parking space is provided and there is a locked gate to the entry courtyard along with a security door on the studio for an added sense of comfort.

This property is for booked customers only and is not suitable for local "stacations." We offer a 7% discount for Mayo patients (Mayo Appointment confirmation required) and military (military id required). Different pricing for long term stays.
