Fall asleep to the sound of lapping waves and wake up to a spectacular multi island view from this classically compact and comfortable villa. Literally on the water's edge, guests enjoy immediate access to Little Apple Bay and its assortment of recreational opportunity. When the weather is calm, swimming and snorkeling are directly in front of the villa with access to the beach just around the corner. Wonderful Experience

I would stay at Casa Caribe again in a heartbeat! The property is quite lovely, relaxing, and clean. It is walking distance to a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is also not far from Soper’s Hole Marina, with an adorable coffee shop, restaurants, and grocery store. The cottage is equipped with beach chairs, a cooler, plenty of kitchen wares, and everything else you may need. It rained some during our stay, but enjoyed relaxing in the cottage with a bottle of wine when we couldn’t be at the beach. All around, an awesome experience!

The apartment was just as pictured. The view was even better than expected. It felt like living on a boat looking out to the ocean every day. Would definitely come again!

Perfect view and location

We stayed at beautiful Casa Caribe for our 35th anniversary. It was perfect for the two of us. It is equipped with everything you need for your stay including a small ice chest, beach umbrella and chairs. It is convenient to get to many popular beaches as well as the ferry on the west end. Although it is the top floor of the Casa you do not have to climb a lot of stairs to get in the door. It does have spiral stairs (can be a little tricky getting down in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom) to get to the bedroom that has a beautiful view of the ocean and downstairs area. The bedroom had a ceiling fan, and a fan that plugs in to help move air. It also has air conditioning upstairs. We slept very comfortably. We rented a small SUV and The only issue we had was parking. They are doing construction on a place down the road/drive and they would take up all the parking during the week day. Also, be VERY careful when pulling out of the drive. They do everything slow on the island except drive! Over all, we absolutely had the most amazing time on the island with perfect place for us to stay. We plan on staying again. Thanks for the perfect accommodation for our stay! See ya soon!

Lovely 1 bedroom on Tortola

My husband and I just wrapped up a stay at Casa Caribe and were delighted with the property! Cute, comfy bed, air conditioning, short walk/ drive to a slew of perfect beaches on the west side. Gorgeous ocean views from the deck (complete with porch swing!) and a short stroll (like 100 ft) to Apple Bay for swimming. It was also walking distance to Long Bay & Smugglers Cove - two other wonderful beaches. We also recommend the free bingo and karaoke nights at Sebastian’s- the restaurant a few properties down. Great mix of locals and visitors and super fun. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

The view from the window was amazing, we had most of the meals at the room and didn't have to go to the restaurant to worry about mosquito bites. The problem was that there were days when wifi didn't connect for more than half a day almost every day, and even if I left a voice message to the owner, I didn't get a call back, so I was inconvenient and anxious all the time.

Wonderful place for our honeymoon

We stayed here for 10 nights and could not have been more pleased. The unit was wonderful, spacious and very unique from a design standpoint. Very fair price for the unit and would definitely be willing to come again. It would have been nice to have a small TV upstairs; I know, it’s the Caribbean, why do you need a TV! But some evenings when it was raining we tried watching a movie off of our phones. That worked but maybe a small tv on the dresser that one could log in to watch Netflix or something when raining or just going to bed would be nice. That is the least of my concerns though, all in all it was a wonderful place with a million-dollar view!

Tortola Trip

The property was amazing! We had so many excursions planned but we never wanted to leave it. The view of the water was spectacular, and so peaceful. We would highly recommend it.

A little taste of paradise.

Beautiful villa on the west end of the island. The property is located right on the water, and though there is not a beach here, it’s quite near some of the best (smugglers cove and the amazing boom boom bar). Also very close proximity to some great restaurants and the west end ferry terminal. All in all, it’s a great value for our 10 day stay in paradise.

Trip of a lifetime

We arrived right after the island opened. Sam was wonderful, very communicative about protocols leading up to our stay and helpful with rental cars and info while we were there. Casa Caribe was even more beautiful in person! It was clean and had everything we could have possibly needed. We cooked in two meals a day and ate out once a day. There were several restaurants within walking distance. The people were warm and welcoming. We had a rental car and ventured to several other beaches but also enjoyed sitting in Apple Bay or taking in the sunset from our swing. Since things just opened back up, it was not crowded at all and we often had places to ourselves. We spent a lot of time swimming, snorkeling and free diving. Lots of fish and even a couple of sea turtles! We will be back and hopefully there will be a head high wave in the bay to surf.

Great stay

Beautiful villa . Well appointed with great Caribbean vibe. Attentive staff contacts with excellent timely communication. Literally right on the water. No beach in front of the villa, but plenty to choose from close by. Rental car strongly suggested to access the beaches Tortolla has to offer. Only caveat is that the stairs to the loft are steep and stone tiled. Would not recommend for folks with mobility,knee,or back problems. Highly recommend this property. We loved it.

Loved Our Stay in Apple Bay

I can't say enough good things about Casa Caribe. The condo was clean and well stocked. The photos do not do it justice. Location is perfect. The owners and managers are amazing with great communication before, during and after our stay. The area is very quiet and laid back. It is an easy drive to Carrot Bay and Cane Garden Bay. Many great restaurant's in this area. Be sure to stop by Stoutt's Lookout; it quickly became our neighborhood watering hole and was a daily stop for us. Our favorite beach on the island was Smuggler's cove and it is a 10 minute drive from the condo. The West End Ferry is a 10 minute drive which made the day trips to Jost very easy. Casa Caribe is our go to place when visiting Tortola...we will be back!

Amazing property!

We were looking for a place to stay on Tortola and we could not have chosen a better location. We enjoyed the clear turquoise water and the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks just below the balcony. Coffee in the morning and some wine in the evening enjoying the view. The loft bed was very comfortable and all the amenities were perfect. PattyAnn was extremely helpful and accommodating in arranging our check-in concerns. Due to tropical storm Karen we arrived one later than expected. We rented a car from Jerry’s and explored Tortola and Virgin Gorda. We would highly recommend Casa Caribe!

Perfect For Two

Top notch customer service from beginning to end!! From help with planning our rental car and ferry service to the many other recommendations around the island, they made our stay stress-free. The villa is just as described and had all the amenities we needed for our week long stay. The location is perfect for relaxing by the ocean with easy access to restaurants and beautiful beaches (Smuggler's Cove was our favorite). Also enjoyed watching the surfers from the balcony. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet get-away.

beautiful views and lovely house

House was totally as advertised. Clean and well-equipped. Deck views so gorgeous. My sister and I loved every minute in this unit. We spent hours on the deck with friends, meals, games, music. The property managers were extremely helpful and responsive. Occasional problems with the water pump, which were quickly attended to. AC worked great, but we only used it at night while sleeping. Sweet little touches everywhere, like the bluetooth speaker, an unexpected surprise. The swimming in front of the unit was phenomenal. Clear, calm water. My only disappointment had to do with the beach, which is almost nonexistent in front of the unit, due to beach erosion. To get to the water we had to make our own easement through some derelict properties nearby and scale over some rocks and old hurricane debris. This, of course, is no fault of the unit, owners, or property managers. It is what it is. It is the Caribbean, after all, and they are struggling with ongoing hurricane threats and damage. Overall, I was very pleased with this rental and kudos to everyone for keeping it in the best shape possible under difficult circumstances.

Family vacation

Our stay was fantastic. We had everything we needed and then some. Coolers, beach chairs, an umbrella, even some spices for cooking so we didn’t need to purchase. All the little details, too many to mention, that make it top notch were there. Thank you! Those details don’t go unnoticed! The views were wonderful and we walked a very short distance to Sebastian’s for beach access. Sharlene met us at the condo and showed us around. It’s a prefect spot close to many of the fabulous beaches. We did venture across island to Josiah’s Bay and ate/drank at Near D Beach and it was worth the trek! Casa Caribe was prefect for our family get away, and I couldn’t recommend them more. Still picturing those morning breakfasts w us and the kids outside!
