VILLA BLUE & GREEN, holiday home near the sea
Villa BLUE & GREEN situated between the BLUE sea &the GREEN pine wood, with a shimmering BLUE heated pool and tall GREEN palm trees. This 4 stars villa is located in part of Jelsa with summer houses only, vith very little traffic, mainly cyclists & pedestrians. There is 70m long downward path to a stone beach and You can enjoy in crystal clear sea. The nearest peablee beache is about 300 m far from the house. So You can choose between swimming in crystal sea or in nice private pool (42m2) with the massage part with 2 massaging benches and 4 massaging nozzles.
The location of the Villa BLUE & GREEN in the center of the Island Hvar offers the possibility to enjoy in relexing atmosphere with your family or friends in the property or in fun life in town of Hvar ( 25-30 minutes by the car ), or in center of Jelsa or Vrboska ( 5 minutes by the car). If You are up for more adventures type of holiday, this is a great place for biking, boat trips, windsurfing, fishing, snorcling,diving,hiking ..)
The house is restored in June 2019, and has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathroos. Each bedroom has been decorated in elegant fashion way with quality hand made furniture and with quality mattrasses. One of them has separate entrance and situated next to the pool.
The house has inside and outside kitchen. Inside kitchen is fully equipped. Summer kitchen ( outside) has outdoor fireplace, stove, refrigerator, sink and icemaker.
The house has nice living room and working place on the gallery.
However the best part of this acomodation is outside ; 3 terraces, summer kitchen, 2 outdoor dinning tables for 8 persons, outdoor lounge area and wonderful pool ( with possibility of heating) with outdoor shower will allow You nice piceful holiday with Your Family or friends.
.( from 01.11.2019.-30.04.2020.pool is not in function, but is possible on request ) Smell of the sea and pine wood and bird singing will relax You.

I live with my husband in nearby Vrboska. I graduated from medical school in Zagreb, worked as a doctor in Hvar, and then we moved to Split, where I worked for Pfizer for 20 years. As we are both from Hvar and are passionate sports fishermen and lovers of the sea, we returned to Hvar and decided to seriously engage in tourism, but also to spend as much time as possible at sea. I am the world champion in shore fishing (2010) and the holder of 10 other world medals. I love my house and I carefully choose the guests whom I want to be able to spend an unforgettable vacation in it with their family or friends.
Why they chose this property
Because IT has a great location in near the sea and Jelsa, because IT has a great large heated pool and a beautiful summer kitchen for socializing while preparing and enjojing the meals. Because IT offers comfortable accommodation in a quality and nice decorated interior and exterior. All guests leave very satisfied and many return. And you will have a host you can rely on if you need anything.
What makes this property unique
In the house, every detail is incorporated with great love, because we ourselves enjoy it for 2 months every year and we want our guests to experience the same. The heated swimming pool, which I personally take care of to be perfect, the proximity to the sea and the pine forests turn Villa Blue and Green into a place for deep relaxation, and the beautiful, spacious summer kitchen will bring you and your family and friends together at the table to enjoy together and make memories for whole life. The house has several terraces and balconies, and if you want some privacy, you can always separate yourself from the rest of the crowd. The location is perfect for a walk by the sea or a bike ride to nearby Jelsa and Vrboska, and 50-60 m from the house you can swim in the clean sea.
