Unit #121 is a beautifully appointed downstairs one bedroom one bath condo (sleeps up to 4) that is just waiting for you to enjoy!

The living room with its western antique decor, wood floors and contemporary touches will make you feel right at home in the mountains. A lot of love and thought went into decorating this mountain home.

Sleeping: Queen in private bedroom, bunk area with a full on the bottom bunk, with a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bathroom: Outside of the bedroom off the hallway with a vanity area and separate area with a tub/shower combo and toilet.

Wood burning stove: Enjoy the wood burning stove in the living room with wood provide on the balcony. Not guaranteed, we do our best to make sure it's available.

Electronics: Flat screen TV in the living room with a DVD player. The private bedroom also has a flat screen TV.

Dining: For that family gathering or a meal with some friends, you'll find the dining table and area which comfortably accommodates 4. There are also 2 bar stools at the bar top.

Kitchen: open concept with granite countertops, supplies with all basic cooking and eating utensils. This condo has a drip coffee maker.

Internet: Free wireless high speed internet with a network and password specific to your condo.

Great vacation Seasons Four

Comfortable corner unit, ground floor, sleeps 4, allows dog's, excellent parking, enjoyed swimming pool, clubhouse table tennis and pool table, close to lakes and town. Very nice management. Will stay again.

Perfect ski weekend

Cozy accommodations, tons of wood for the fireplace, convenient kitchen amenities provided (paper towels, coffee filters, dish soap and detergent). Spa, sauna and shower facilities were wonderful. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Weekend in Mammoth

Great location to village

Stayed with my wife and two small dogs. Great time and location. Only negative was hearing neighbors above going up and down stairs and partying at night.

Lovely stay at 121

We enjoyed our 3 day snow getaway so much at your place! It was so convenient to the bus stop up to canyon:) the kitchen was very well stocked and we loved the selection of books and games in the cabinet! thank you so much

Cozy cabin

Rented this for 3 nights with my family of 4. It's a tad small but cozy and worth the price. Location is great and condo was clean. I would definitely rent this condo again :)

Charming condo great location walking distance to Village.

Management of this property is top notch. Great value for the prices in this area. Super clean with beautiful granite counters & large TV in living room. Only thing missing was a rug when you first walk in because the stone flooring got wet & slippery.

Unforgettable sweetest Christmas trip

Cute little cabin perfect for small family with kids. It was surrounded by sequoia trees and snow and still 2 minutes to the village and gandola. Kitchen was super comfortable. Tons of wood available to make a huge fireplace every night. My 4 year old son still calls it MY cabin and wanting to go back.

nice location and property for a family of 4

everything was as advertised, check in process was easy. Kitchen pans and utensils could be updated. Queen bed in the bedroom mattress was extremely soft. Everything was clean and the condo was cozy with a nice location for access to canyon lodge and walks with the dog. Great selection of movies in the condo and at teh office as well as games in teh condo. rec room, pool, sauna was great! It is a 5 minute walk along the road.

Great Location

Our stay at the Season's Four condo #121 was as expected. We booked this condo because it was dog friendly, but we didn't end up bringing our dog because he is still a needy puppy and we wanted to be on the mountain all day skiing. The condo is in a great location on Lakeview Blvd making getting to the slopes really easy via the bus which comes by every 15 minutes. The condo was lacking some necessary kitchen items; however, the office staff and Teri were very good at accommodating those needs really quickly...Thank you Teri! This condo is a bit dated, but everything works well, and it probably keeps the price down, so I am just fine with that.

Great place and location

This was so close to the village and the gondola, it was a great place to come back after an awesome day on the slopes. The property management was very responsive, from helping with the dog and also when we got there a little early to tell us they could get us in. Will rent from them again.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was quiet and enough space for three of us. The location is so convenient to the mountain and village. We would stay here again when we’re in Mammoth.

Great Location!

So happy we were able to stay here, great location close to village and lodge transportation. Stop #79. Also much bigger than expected. Floor unit which is so nice. This is also a true pet friendly listing, we were able to bring our cat with us :) would definitely recommend.

Comfy Condo and Great Location

This condo was clean, cozy, and comfortable. It was also a great location right near all the shops, restaurants, and activities. Since we were only a group of 2 we didn't use the bunk bed space, but that looked just as cozy and easily could have fit 2 more. Thanks for an enjoyable, dog-friendly stay!
