Unit #171 is a two bedroom, one and one half bath condo (sleeps up to 6 people)

This mountain home is warm and inviting, giving you plenty of space to enjoy your Mammoth vacation. Decorated with a mountain theme, this condo welcomes you back time and time again. While in the living room which has plenty of seating to visit with friends and family or to kick back and relax in the comfortable sectional sofa, which also transforms into a queen size sleeper for your evening of rest. The lava rock fireplace will warm you up after an adventurous day in the mountains or at the lake. For your entertainment, there is a 52" flat screen TV, and DVD Player with ample DVD`s, plus I-Pod docking station in the living room. The master bedroom features a king-sized memory foam mattress with a beautiful log headboard along with a flat screen TV and DVD Player for late night privacy. The second bedroom welcomes you with a queen size bed as well as a bunk bed for the larger family or group, also hosting a flat screen TV and DVD Player. This condominium gives you the convenience of free WI-FI Internet service and domestic long distance. If that`s not enough we now have a season locker at Canyon Lodge for your use, no more hauling equipment back and forth! Have a delightful time in this Mammoth Lakes home!

Great space, location and management!

We’ve stayed here twice now (winter breaks 2019 & 2021) and we love it! The condo is so clean and nicely decorated, and with the 2 bedrooms and 1-1/2 baths it’s the perfect size for our family of 4. The kitchen is well stocked with both dinnerware and cookware. Although there’s no laundry in the unit, itself, the washers and dryers in the office are only a short walk away and very convenient and easy to use. The management is wonderful! Great communication and attention to us as guests! Would highly recommend this condo and the Seasons 4 complex.

Wouldn’t stay again. Positives: Easy and pleasant staff at checkin Kitchen well stocked Lots of fire wood Beds comfortable Staff responsive Negatives: -Pet urine smell -Mold in bathtub/shower -A mouse in the kitchen -Very thin walls/ceiling -Maintenance left a personal note on my bathroom wipes not to flush, as the note on the maintenance note was not enough I did share with the property manager/owner and they offered a small discount…. No idea what that is yet and apologized for all the above (i didn’t mention the note or thin walls)

Clean and Well Cared for

This is the first rental property we have been to where all the lights and TVs actually worked. Very clean. Nice location. We walked to the Village in 10 minutes. Kitchen well stocked. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
