Most amazing, fun, beautiful and relaxing vacation you'll ever have! Landmark Towers is perfectly situated on Sand Key Beach. You'll enjoy the calm atmosphere of being on a private beach and at the same time just a mile away you can be in the fun and excitement of Clearwater. Once you've stayed here you'll be hooked and will want to come back time and time again!

Newly remodeled condo. Enjoy the ocean view as soon you open the front door.

Open kitchen with granite countertops. Walk out onto the balcony with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico through the large sliding doors in the master bedroom or living room. Master bedroom features a king size bed, walk in closet, full bath and flat screen TV. Guest bedroom has two twin beds and walk in closet. Living room has sofa, love seat and flat screen TV. Second full bath with walk in shower off the hallway.
Dining table on the balcony overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, white sandy beach and pool. The front terrace overlooks the intercostal. Enjoy sunrises as well as the full moon rising over the coast. Cable and WiFi included.

Sand Key is very Private and Tranquil the perfect place to get away and relax and enjoy your beach vacation.

Enjoy the Heated Pool with plenty of seating, tables and lounge chairs along with a therapeutic Hot Tub. Play Shuffle Board and Tennis while enjoying the ocean views. Grill on the Gas or Open Pit BBQ while taking in beautiful sunsets.

Located directly across the street are the Shops of Sand Key that has the famous Columbia Restaurant, Backwaters Pub, Duncan Donuts along with the award winning Breakfast at Maggie Mae’s, Basimo (specialty coffees and organic, healthy breakfast), Ice Cream Shop, Pizza Shop, Clothing, Souvenirs Store and a General Store. Watercolor's Five Star Steak House is adjacent to the Shops of Sand Key.

Walk or take the Jolly Trolley or Florida Free Ride across the Sand Key Bridge into downtown Clearwater Beach where you'll find dozens of restaurants, pubs, night clubs, shops, roof top bars and the famous Pier 60. Enjoy events year round.

Additionally Bush Gardens and Hard Rock Casino is 30 minutes away. Disney is within an hour and 20 minutes.

The condo is gated with 24/7 security guards.

Getaway to Paradise

What a welcome relief from the winter doldrums of the North our stay was. The property is clean, attractively appointed and very convenient to most essential needs as well as a range of restaurants and retail shops. Landmark Towers is a great place to be. In particular, this condo provided a wonderful “base of operations” for us as we went about our daily activities both in and out of the immediate area. Moreover, the owners were wonderful to deal with and were extremely communicative from the time we booked our reservation through the day we assumed occupancy. Diana and Peter were consummate hosts! We are eager to return in the future.

Been coming here for 4+ years. The location could not be better. The owners very responsive

We come for 3 months and do not bring our vechile. We enjoy using the Holley trolley which is very affordable. We plan to continue renting in this area

An Oasis on the Gulf!

Highly recommend!!!! This condo is well situated for anything you want to see or do. It has all the cookware, linens, and towels you need, and the location is perfect - right on the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf - what else could you ask for? I loved the fact Sand Key Beach is uncrowded. If you want a beach with lots of people, go to Clearwater Beach which is only a little over a mile away. Restaurants and shopping are conveniently located across the street. The property grounds are well maintained. There are many available parking spots for visitors, outdoor grills, and a large beautiful pool and hot tub on the property grounds. Balcony View: Awesome! My friends and I enjoyed eating and having drinks on the balcony while looking at the waves in the distance. We even watched a wedding take place on the beach - too bad, we didn't have a set of binoculars! Sunsets: The sunsets are exceptional in southwest Florida - second to none! Transportation: Instead of driving, we took Angelo's recommendation and used the Florida Free Ride to get to shopping, restaurants and night life in the local area. Very easy and convenient. Summary: Awesome location, clean and equipped condo, great owners and fabulous stay! I cannot wait to come back! Patty and Angelo - thank you for such a memorable stay. I appreciate your responsiveness, recommendations and answering all of my questions! You went above and beyond to make sure my stay was incredible, and that it was! Thank you!

Breathtaking views, great location, close to everything!

I was so lucky to have stumbled on this wonderful property. It was extremely clean, comfortable, spacious but cozy at the same time. I’m from the fast moving NYC, so my daily morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach was priceless. My family and I were so comfortable there. In less than a 5 minute drive you were at Pier 60 beach, or go the other direction and you were at Indian Shores, where the sand was as soft as baby powder, and Belleaire Beach was a treat. It was nice returning to a great parking spot, and home away from home. The kids enjoyed the cool of the central air, I enjoyed my private master bath. Although the laundry is not inside, it is literally 2 doors away from our door on our floor. It was bright, clean, and always available for us. No time schedule required. The owner Angelo was always a quick call or text away for any questions. That was such a big plus! All you need is your clothes, this condo had beach chairs, games, toys, and all cooking utensils. The pool was large and heated with hotub, and a nice grill area to spend with family. Place is just like the pictures, even better in person. Hope to return again next year. You definitely will not go wrong. Across the street, stores, Dunkin Donuts, etc..

Great Place to spend your vacation.

This place was great. Apartment was nicely kept. Facilities were awesome. We did not want to leave, especially my 3 yr old grandson. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful condo and view!

Very nice and accommodating condo! Close to shopping, stunning views of the Gulf and a very relaxing feel to the whole place. Angelo and Patty were wonderful and responded quickly to inquiries and questions. The condo itself was clean and had everything we needed including wi-fi and 2 flat-screen TV's. The beach and the pool were only steps away, tennis courts too... we highly recommend this property.
