Three story single family home with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 living rooms complete with spacious screened patios facing Lake and Gulf Side. There is Private Beach Access. Wet bar on second floor. Close to downtown Boca Grande's shops and restaurants.

Small dogs may be approved by the office prior to arrival (under 35 lbs.). There will be a $300.00 non-refundable pet fee added to the reservation. Cats are prohibited in this property.

Great Location

Great location for east access to the beach and great beach toys. Clean property but could use some updating. Towels were not out for the bathrooms anywhere and we weren’t sure which ones were to be used by guests. The property manager was helpful in sending us back something we forgot in the house quickly which was very appreciated. We had never been to the area during that time of year and won’t return again in late summer because everything on the island is closed for the most part.

Excellent location, large living areas with covered garage. Very short walk to quiet secluded beach. Loved our stay!

Misrepresentation

The 4th bedroom does not have it’s own bathroom. You have to go down spiral stairs to go to the bathroom. Nor does the 4th bedroom have a closet. The overall appearance is dated inside and out.

Perfect house for adults and teenagers. Less than a mile away from town which is accessed by the cart/bike/foot path. Well stocked with chairs and towels for the beach. The house is in an area where construction on surrounding houses and lawn care happens so it is at times a bit noisy.
