Perfect place for easy access to skiing & comfortable apres ski!

The home was a great set up for our family of 4 with 2 teenage children and a couple of their friends. Multiple hang out areas and very comfy beds. We skied 3 days at Park City, so location couldn’t have been better. Hot tub felt wonderful at the end of the day! We would definitely come back.

Great condo, great location!

Lots of room in a very nicely finished condo; convenient to the bus stop, and very close to town (both Park City and Deer Valley), and even closer to prospector square. Some nice walks and hikes starting just from the condo

Great place for any season

We enjoyed our 3-month spring stay here. Highlights included the large hot tub, cozy fireplace, and the view of the mountains from the top floor shower! In addition, the bus stop to skiing and town is right around the corner so we never had to drive to the mountain. Susie was a fantastic manager, always responding promptly to whatever was needed (which wasn't much as the unit is very well equipped/taken care of). Until we bought a home this year, we had rented dozens of places in PC, and Susie is the best property manager we have worked with.

Great condo!!

Excellent location. Close to downtown and easy access to all of the ski resorts. Great setup in the condo for families with generous room for large group of people to stay comfortably. Hot tub was great and having laundry facilities was key for our stay. Well appointed condo that I would definitely recommend. Very close to restaurants, groceries, and other amenities as well.

A beautiful Christmas in Park City

A beautiful Christmas in Park City’s! We had family come from near and far to all meet up at the condo. It was perfect for our family, with four levels of living space. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. And we enjoyed the gas fireplace very much! Hot tubwas great, especially when it was snowing. Kitchen was well-equipped, as we made most of our meals there. It was our first trip to Park City, and we will definitely be back.

lovely condo; great hot tub

The condo has a wonderful kitchen and plenty of space with a hot tub that hits the spot after a day skiing. We enjoyed a large family reunion finding space for all of us in the bedrooms and sleeper sofas. Susie was responsive to our questions and needs. Bus access, walking to the stop to Deer Valley and Park City. No direct bus to Canyons

We had a large group of 14 and the condo couldn't have been more perfect.

The way the condo is designed made it perfect for privacy for the various families and still provided community space for socializing and meals. The kitchen was well equipped and we were pleasantly surprised to find many of the staples already in the pantry. The rooms are very soundproof so children do not disturb the sleeping adults. Another nice perk was the hot tub. A huge bonus was the use of several bikes which saved so much on bike rentals. The location near the Rail Trail was perfect for getting anywhere by bike or foot. We had a wonderful stay and I am sure you will too.

Very clean.

We enjoyed 7 nights in this condo. Very clean. Updated. Plenty of dishes, pots/pans and utensils. Coffee pot seemed a little worn out as it leaked a tad every use and lid wouldn't shut completely. Plenty of towels. I'm a clean freak and was impressed! Close to lots of things. Restaurants and attractions. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because of some minor "complaints". Probably too strong of a word. The hot tub is only accessible from the 2 basement bedrooms. So if those are occupied it makes it a bit odd to walk through to use hot tub. Other thing was there is no A/C which I heard is common in Park City. I get it. Evenings do cool down usually but we were there July 8th-15th and it was extremely hot. Master is on top floor (5 levels in condo) so it was super hot. There was no night time breeze either I beleive due to location of windows and how condo was constructed. Also no screens on main floor door or basement rooms. We also didn't have use of a garage door opener, however management said they were looking into that. I would stay there again but probably in the winter months. Management (Susie) is top notch. Quick replies and helpful with questions.

A great house for a family vacation and a mountain biking home base

We stayed at Susie's VRBO during a family mountain biking vacation. We had 9 adults and 6 children of varying ages. The house is roomy with multiple choices for social spaces. Great morning and sunset views out the porch window. The family room has been stocked with a fresh set of games. The kitchen is perfect for family cooked meals with the grill on the nearby porch. Large dining table, expandable with additional leaves is available along with overflow seating at the kitchen counter bar stools or at the gaming table in the nearby family room. Garage was made available for parking and for our bikes. (Susie included two kids and one adult mountain bikes. She also has an adult hybrid too). Overflow parking beyond the short driveway is available off-street on concrete pads nearby. Location-wise it is very close to the conveniences of restaurants, markets, and bakeries (food is important to us - even when we don't cook it ourselves). Old Town isn't far away either. Now to the biking! The house is on a quiet street with speed bumps and the rail trail is nearby. Perfect for our family's kids that wanted to bike or walk down to the nearby playground or ride the rail trail (and a nearby flat wildflower dirt trail with double and single track - butterflies!). For the older kids...they were ready to roll down the rail trail to the Round Valley system where a series of green (including a practice loop) and blue trails provided a good range for beginner and experienced mountain bikers to enjoy. For those wanting more of a challenge, there is the Lost Prospector trail right behind the house that offers great views of Park City and you can roll to town along the rail trail to take on climbing (or up a lift) the resort trails. (These trails are multi-user, so they are great for hiking too). The rail trail transitions close to the house to wetlands where you'll find wide range of birds - each pond with a different variety it seemed. The house was very clean and Susie was responsive during our stay. I think there's quite a variety of restaurants, but there is one bakery I'd mention since you might need to plan ahead. The Bakery at Windy Ridge was our go to for family sized desserts - mile high apple pie and a chocolate raspberry cake. They take orders with 48 hours notice...so to get what you'd like rather than just what is left, plan ahead! Groceries- try both the Fresh Market and the Market at Park City - each has its advantages.

Great place - lots of bedrooms!

Convenient location about 2 mile drive to mountain and downtown. Comfortable living room and lots of bedrooms. Only two suggestions, both very minor. When we arrived, fireplace pilot was out. We re-lit, all good. Hot tub water had minor algae and property manager quickly shocked with chlorine. No issue. Again, we really enjoyed the property and felt it was a great value.

Fabulous accommodations for an awesome ski vacation

We had an awesome time staying at Susie’s place. The place was beautiful and abundantly stocked with everything you could need. Susie was extremely responsive and so easy to work with. Location made it perfect for skiing at both Park City and Deer Valley. Condo complex is on the free shuttle bus loop in and around Park City. This place was perfect for the six of us. Plenty of space! Would definitely come back.

Wonderful stay in this cozy chalet-style townhome

Everything is just as pictured and with a fabulous view of the surrounding mountains that we hadn't even noticed in the photos.... we had a postcard perfect Christmas stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, the showers are great and the beds are super comfy. Five stars all around from us. This is the second time we've stayed at one of Susie's properties in Park City and she is always super responsive and helpful.

One of the best places we've ever stayed at during our snowboarding trip

This is a newly renovated condo with a spectacular mountain view right outside the balcony, all the pictures provided and shown do reflect the unit completely. Susie definitely did a terrific job on keeping the unit tidy and super clean. She made the check-in process extremely simple for us, which gave us plenty of ease leading up to arrival. All the necessary supplies were nicely provided, organized, and stored at convenient places (kitchenware, seasonings, extra beddings, etc) so we didn't need to spend much time "scavenging" the stuff we needed. There is memory foam mattress in one of the sofa beds, and it was the most comfortable sofa bed i've ever slept on. Susie was very prompt at responding our needs and was very polite and understanding when we had to ask her for more supplies. We loved this place so much and if we will definitely stay at her place next time we come back to Park City.

Lovely Stay at 2165 Fenchurch

We enjoyed the spacious living quarters which we shared with one other family. There were eight of us (four adults and 4 children) and we filled the place. There were lots of amenities for the kids in addition to the hot tub. We played the provided for games, puzzles and everyone helped to cook in the well-equipped kitchen. The windows face west so summer afternoons are quite warm so we used the air conditioner units. The kitchen was great for cooking. Each of the bedrooms was comfortable and the showers were good. The linens were very nice also. Our favorite thing was the location. Steps away from a trail, we biked, jogged, and walked daily on the paved pathway. We rode to Park City on our bikes regularly. Some bikes were provided for in the garage and we all had a chance to do some mountain biking. Susie, the manager was quick to respond to our inquiries and went out of the way to make us comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in this friendly and quiet neighborhood.

Awesome place to stay for ski vacation

We had a fantastic time on our ski trip. The property is very nice and clean. The hot tub was great. Close enough to town but definitely not walking distance, although the bus line is probably only a 3-4 minute walk from the front door. Plenty of space for our 3 couples plus a 7th wheel, but I don't think this place would comfortably fit more than 8 adults (there are technically beds for up to 12 when you count the pull out couch and the full size bunks). But it was perfect for our purposes and we would definitely return!

Wonderful condo in Park City

This multi level condo was perfect for our family. Plenty of space to be together and also easy to get away if needed with the multiple family rooms. The condo was well equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen and plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The hot tub was so nice to have after a day on the slopes! Short distance to Park City Mountain Resort. Great Vacation!

My name is Susie Townshend and I started my business, Mountainside Treasures, in 2013. It is a small property management company that takes pride in renting well appointed vacation properties in ski towns. Being small ensures that we maintain an attentive service for both our guests and clients. Check out my web page (mountainsidetreasures) for more about me, my properties and what I can offer.
I am also a ski instructor at Park City - let me know if you need some help to get you going once you are here!!

I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.

Why they chose this property

This property is perfect for larger groups who want all the luxury and convenience of staying together in a beautiful condo in Park City for a more reasonable price. The hot tub is wonderful! Sleeping up to 10, it has lots of possibilities. Location is key; The condo is away from the hustle, noise and traffic, yet only minutes from everything you need. It is less than 3 miles from Park City Ski Area, Deer Valley Ski Area and Park City's world famous Main Street, where entertainment options abound.

What makes this property unique

The condo's central living area is wonderful. Being split into three distinct but adjoining areas, the space provides a welcome to everyone, yet enables groups within the group to have their own space, without being totally separated.
