Direct Beach Front - Pool Home - 6 Bedrooms - 4.5 Bath

This fabulous newer construction home is located directly on the golden sands of Indian Shores. The house consists of 6 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms set over 3 floors.

Please note that pets are not allowed at this property, no exceptions are made.

The 1st floor consists of the large garage that can easily fit 2-3 cars.

The second floor has a fantastic kitchen featuring a gas hob and stove, electric combo oven/microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher with seating for six at the island. There is also a wet bar and breakfast nook together with a formal dining area and a large sitting area with flat screen TV. There is a huge balcony that has sweeping views up and down the white sandy beaches of Indian Shores. There is an outdoor bar area, Weber grill as well as space for dining and relaxation.
On this level are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with two sets of bunk beds which will only accommodate children, these share a Jack'n'Jill bathroom. There is also a half bathroom for guests to use off of the living area.

The third floor consists of 4 more bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and large walk in closet. The master bathroom features a soaking tub and separate walk in shower as well as a double sink/vanity unit. Bedroom 2 - has a king bed and en suite bathroom with tub/shower combination. The other two bedrooms on this level share a Jack'n'Jill bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a king bed. There is also a laundry room on the 3rd floor, as well as another large balcony with incredible birds’ eye views over the beach. Five of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's.

The rear of the property has a pool and hot tub, with sunbeds and seating for you and your party to relax in. There is also an outdoor shower for you to rinse off after a dip in the warm Gulf of Mexico which is just steps away. There are plenty of amenities and toys for your use. We have beach chairs and umbrellas, Paddle boards and Kayaks available for your use*. There is also a full crib, pack-n-play, high chair and baby gates for your convenience.

A Gem
This is the perfect combination of house, beach and location for a family vacation. It is a beautiful, expansive house with all the amenities, and sunset views that will leave you breathless. Located on a beach that rivals some Caribbean locations (and no Sargassum!). Nestled in a quiet beach town with delicious food offerings, and activities for the kids. We can't wait to book for the Summer of 2025.

Dream vacation
We had a great time! Very clean & well equipped. Real hand soaps at each sink. I love the pay it forward drink refrigerator. Great idea! Our kids used so many of the pool/sand toys provided. The walk to the beach is even shorter than it looks in the pic. So nice to be able to walk back to the house for anything rather than trying to pack for the entire day! Property management very easy to reach via text. We would definitely stay here again! Save your Disney money and put it towards this home! Fun for everyone without having to even leave. Instacart and Dominos pizza delivery for the win! Would suggest maybe a guest book for guests to sign? I love knowing what others have found to do, see, and eat when we are in a new town. Or maybe a list of nearby restaurants that can deliver? Thank you again for a wonderful vacation dull of memories for our family.

Fabulous Vacation at SeaPearl
This property, the management, and the housekeeper are top notch! The house is everything and more that you could want on a beach vacation. Having such close access to a beautiful beach which we had nearly to ourselves was unbelievable. My family kept commenting all week on how perfect it was. Thank you for making our forever memories be the best!!!

Perfect beach house for a family
If you love drinking your morning coffee while watching dolphins swim by, this is your vacation rental spot. Spacious, clean, room for everyone to spread out- this was the perfect place for us and our 3 kids families. The beach isn't crowded and the garage holds tons of beach toys and chairs. If we plan on coming back to this area we will for sure rent this property!

Family Vacation
We picked this house for its size and location for our family vacation. it couldn't have been more perfect, with two infants and two small children along with nine adults we wanted easy beach access, which was 40ft from our private pool fence gate. Perfect. the house was very comfortable for the family. Each day was perfect, great coffee shop and restaurants in walking distance. Really the perfect house for a larger family vacation. Alex was great to deal with and solved a minor issue we had promptly. Hospitality was great. We would definitely stay here again.

the whole experience was great! The only reason I didnt give it a perfect score was it was such a large home it took along time for the hot water to travel to the different bathrooms. The other drawback was we paid extra for the pool to be heated and it never reached our expectations. All in all we would stay there again!

Family reunion @ Thanksgiving
Perfect for our group of 13. Lots of room in the Kitchen/Living room area, several people could be in the kitchen without getting in each other’s way. 9 to 10 people could be comfortable on the large couch, watching TV. Each adult couple had a king size bed. Very well stocked with beach/sports equipment; beach chairs, beach toys & games, khaki & paddle boards, skate boards & ping pong table. We Loved that the owner did not choose the “over done” beach decor/ furniture. The interior is weak done with a classy. It was nice to get into a heated pool & hot tub, after being in the cool ocean. The few suggestions we have are; turning on All the lights when housekeeping is cleaning, so the owner can be made aware. The lights in the Master hall & closet were out & the outside light by the pool. We wanted to play corn hole at night and couldn’t. The soaking tub in the Master never got hot water, though I ran it a long time.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot
This large beach house was perfect for our family vacation with 8 adults and 3 children under 3. The kitchen was amazing being large and well furnished with large fridge, ovens, and plenty of cookware. The bedrooms were large and accommodated adults and children easily because of adjoining baths. The pool was perfect for family time and the house was well equipped for beach time with plenty of sand toys. Location was convenient to grocery stores and pizza and coffee shop. The large balconies were great for lunches and for those who had to work. Leather sofas, long dining table, bar, and tile floors were perfect for carefree family time. So much room! Great hosts.

The rooms were all spacious (especially that amazing master with it's huge bathroom!). Everything was exceptionally clean without smelling of cleaning products and bleach. The beds were so comfy, I've never slept so well away from home! A gas stove is a huge plus! And with six children at the home, being able to apply sunscreen in the shade under the porch was a game changer! And being able to go from pool to beach and back again made the trip! The outdoor shower was right next to the pool gate which made keeping sand out so easy. The elevator is a little slow, but my gosh was it a lifesaver for moving in and out, and for grocery runs. There's a cute little coffee shop practically across the street, and lots of good food options nearby. The pool and ocean were both so warm, the sand was smooth and soft, and the waves were minimal. There were 12 of us in this house (6 adults and 6 kids) but we never felt crowded. This house was an absolute dream! Oh and the washer and dryer work very well, while being quiet enough to not wake the sleeping baby. And since the two masters open up to a private balcony and the beach you don't feel like you need to keep the blinds closed, and you can enjoy that beautiful view all day and night. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Well appointed, lots of extras, coffee makers with coffee, drinks, nice China and utensils. Elevator worked sporadically, several lights were burned out, water around pool didn’t drain, ac went out on upper floor for 1.5 days. Even with all this, it is the best property we have rented in 30 years coming to this beach.

This property was everything it was supposed to be and more! The location was bright and vibrant, easy to access. The home was PERFECT in every way, too many pluses to mention. The home was spacious and inviting to our large family, and the soft white sands of the beach on the gulf were heaven! We would recommend anyone to stay there.. We absolutely stay there again.

Ideal for Family Reunion
We came back after last year and again, we were so pleased with this property and with the property management team. With grandchildren 6 years of age and younger, going to a place with lots of fun activity was essential. the Sea Pearl allows you to walk out your back door and choose either playing in the Gulf of Mexico...or in the swimming pool. The house is beautiful and well-appointed. The management team is responsive. All the way around, a tremendous place to spend time with our kids...and their kids!

Siblings Reunion
We 5 senior citizen siblings have not all been together since the Pandemic started, so it was grand to have a week together in such a nice house. it is really clean and comfortable. When we arrived there were a few things that needed attention, and Alex arrived the first day and quickly fixed everything. I highly recommend this lovely house.

Spacious beachfront property
Everything was just as advertised. Beachfront location. Pool and hot tub were a big hit with the kids. Elevator was a big plus for my elderly parents (plus it's better than hauling heavy luggage up stairs). Plenty of bathrooms --- 4 full and 2 half. Lot of space in garage. Everyone had a great time --- we plan to come back!

A Piece of Heaven
A most amazing vacation home! Our group ranged in age from 4 months old to 87, and it was perfectly geared to all. I would highly recommend this property- amazing memories were made!
