Cozy Lift Side Condo at Park City Mountain Resort

Welcome to our home away from home. Our spacious newly furnished studio is the perfect getaway for friends, family, and couples. Our condo is located in the Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort. Just a 4 minute walk to the Cabriolet and Frostwood gondolas, you can be skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, and golfing on the largest ski/summer resort in the United States in just minutes.

We love the open feeling of the studio. We enjoy great views of the mountains, pond and quick access to two gondolas. Being on mountain in Canyons at Park City makes it easy to enjoy the outdoors and still have easy access to Main Street and Down Town. The free shuttle stop is steps away and makes it so easy to get around without having to drive.

You can enjoy the hot tub all year and the laundry facilities with an access code

We may not be available in person immediately, but are always accessible by phone and have resources for immediate problem solving.

Park City has a great free shuttle that takes you to all the ski resorts, downtown main street and the shopping and dining locations. There are pick up locations along Canyon Resort Drive. There is also a 7 Eleven about 5 min walk form door to door for easy convience items.

The Electric Xpress 10 - is great shuttle for shopping at Redstone shopping area, downtown Main Street and groceries.
Welcome to our home away from home. Here are some helpful tips to better your stay.

There are light switches located to the right of the entry door as you walk in.
Please remove your snow boots, ski boots and snowboard boots in the entry way and place on trays to help keep the floor dryer and more comfortable for you. We enjoy our neighborhood and value our neighbors, so please be respectful of noise while enjoying your stay.

The Fireplace has an easy on and off switch on side. It looks like a light switch, located to the right side if you're facing it( nearest to the window). Please do not leave fireplace on when you are not in the condo. The pilot flame stays on all the time so please do not attempt to put it out.

There are extra towels under the sink in the bathroom.

The TV is a Smart TV so is you have many apps available to you like Netflix. Please remember to log out before you check out, it will not automatically do it for you.

The parking pass must be displayed hanging from your rear view mirror at all time while parked in the lot.  The Pass must be returned to the cork board at check out or you will be charge $100 for a replacement. 

Please ensure you take out the trash and put any dirty dishes in the dishwasher prior to departure. The Dumpster is located at the at the bottom of the hill. It’s a right turn down Cedar Drive as you exit our building and then a right at the bottom of the street.

There is a short cut to the Frostwood Gondola that is located right at the bottom of Cedar Lane. Just make right out of the condo and the trail will be straight ahead at the bottom of the road. It parallels the golf course.
