Welcome to our quaint home in the Central Avenue district close to downtown & the beaches. Corner lot on brick lined street with lots of privacy to relax. Front covered porch and scenic private backyard with pavers and nice shaded oak tree. Our home is located minutes to downtown, the Trop, Brewery District, & the beach. Updated kitchen & bathroom, refinished hardwood floors, window treatments, and relaxing location to enjoy after viewing the sites of St Petersburg.

Great Place!
Was in town for holidays and family. I am a mom that travels alone and felt very safe here. I was close to everything including the beach! The house was extremely clean as was the outdoor area. Very comfortable! Great WiFi! Amazing kitchen and garden Outback! Owner is quick to respond to any questions. I definately recommend this house and hope to stay here again😊
