This Resort Style Condo is very closed to Walt Disney World and all parks. There are a lot of amenities in Windsor Palms Resort that are free of charge (huge swimming pool, hot tub, basketball court, tennis court, volleyball court, Tiki Bar, Gym, gaming room, etc). There is also plenty of FREE parking.

• Sport Courts are open and may be used following CDC Social Distancing Guidelines
• Pool Hours will be 8:00AM – 6:00PM 7 days a week. Guests will be required to enter through the front entrance, must wear a mask at all times while in the building. Signs will be posted entering the pool area letting guests know that they voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to Covid-19. The pool will be voluntarily kept at 50% occupancy which equals 57 people.
• Gym Hours will be 8:00AM – 6:00PM 7 days a week, BY APPOINTMENT. We will be allowing 2 people at a time entrance to the gym. They will be required to sign a waiver voluntarily assuming all risks related to exposure to Covid-19. Each guest will receive a unique door code to enter the gym.
• The Sundry Store and Tiki Bar will not officially open yet, however, the management team will periodically begin opening Sundry and Tiki when possible. Once there are enough guests on property, we will bring back the furloughed staff, reopen and operate those amenities at full capacity.
• Movie Theater and Game Room – there is no scheduled date to reopen these amenities. Without regular staff we do not meet the CDC guidelines to keep these areas safely clean. We anticipate they will open once the resort staff returns.
