About this property

Welcome to the EPIC Weeki Paddle House. This single family 2 bedroom 2 bath home is located on a deep water canal and is a 5 minute paddle to Hospital Hole and the Weeki Wachee river. There is a dock to enioy the sunsets and secure your boat. Our home has been completely remodeled and features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, wifi, cell signal booster and has all the accessories to ensure a comfortable vacation. Main bedroom has a king size bed , 2nd bedroom has a king size bed and bunk beds with a trundle for the kids. Living room has a large couch and Florida room has a pull out couch. Property is perfect for 2 families with children. Please ask us about a discounted weeki paddle board tour through our partners at EPIC Outfitters. We include 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks with property. Feel free to inquire about monthly rates. We look forward to helping you have an EPIC vacation. Please note: undiscussed late checkout times will be charged a $50 late fee as this puts us behind schedule. If wishing to adjust times, it is worth asking and we will accommadate if possible. Somedays we have same day check in and check outs so we must stay on track.

Worth more than 5 Stars ⭐️

I can’t say enough positive things about this property. First, the hosts are amazing. They’re quick to respond and they’re delightful to communicate with. Second, this house is absolutely the best there is! Check-in was a breeze, the house was spotless, location was easy to find, and the back deck/dock are hands down best of the best. We spent 3 days jumping off the dock, paddling down the river, and enjoying the back deck area. I just can’t say enough good things about this house. We are already planning a stay next month! Thank you Wagner & Jonathan for an amazing stay!

Great little slice of heaven

Loved the house, so spacious and well maintained. The only problem we did encounter is that we put the kayaks that were provided there at the house in the water and halfway down. The water started submerging in the kayak and I started sinking. Thankfully a neighbor that lived on the river witnessed it and pulled me out and the kayak and was kind enough to put the kayak in his truck and return it to the house. Overall was a great stay minus the kayak issue. The house has everything you will need and more plus located close to everything!

Always Epic

Third time staying at the Epic Paddle House...I think that may say it all. Great location, easy paddle to the river, and the kids love it. Of course... we'll be back!

River vacation

The only thing that I had issue with is the area that has the extra tv and sofas. It is extremely hot in that room. Needs insulation and an air conditioner.

Short Family Trip

Great place to stay!

We loved the property. Very close to the river to see manatees. Only downsides were one of the 3 kayaks had a hole in the bottom and the grill is falling apart.

Perfect Getaway

Great location and very clean accommodations

The house is very roomy and the screened in porch is very enjoyable. The kitchen and dining area was very easy to fix meals and have room for us to have family meals. We did kayak one day and only stayed in the canals but these are great areas to learn how to kayak. The owners were wonderful at communicating with us as needed. They also gave great suggestions for services, such as boat rentals, etc.

Awesome Spring Break!!!

This house was perfect for two families of 4. We enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks very much! We used them multiple times a day. The kitchen, living room and bedrooms were a perfect setup. Not to much stuff, just what was needed. Never needed to communicate with the host. Everything was perfect. Hope to stay again! Highly recommend!

Beautiful and Peaceful Vacation Getaway

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Paddle House. The house was beautiful and it truly made us feel like we were at home. Loved the location! We saw many Manatees right from the dock and the River was so very relaxing. We would definitely come back!

Des vacances tout confort

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. La maison est très propre, fonctionnelle et très agréable. M. Morice est très accueillant et à l'écoute de ses locataires. Merci pour votre accueil. Nous n'avons pas pu trop profiter de l'extérieur vu la saison mais nous avons fait de belles balades sur la plage très proche de la location. C'est aussi le point de départ de belles visites (Locmariaquer et son menhir brisé, Quiberon et sa côte sauvage...). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette belle maison accueillante pour découvrir un peu plus cette région fascinante.
