Welcome to your sanctuary on the sound in Topsail Beach! The home itself is inviting with space for everyone and updates inside and out. Stunning views of the sound and marsh lands plus your own private sandy beach, deep water dock and floating platform in your backyard. Pelicans, herons, shrimp, fish and crabs abound. Dock has fish cleaning sink, electricity, water and outdoor shower. Beach access with ramp two blocks away. Covered porches front and back with rocking chairs and other outdoor furniture. Large picnic table and benches on the paved patio soundside. Modern amenities include 5 flat panel cable HDTVs with two offering WIFI connection and streaming apps, wireless high speed internet access, elevator, fully equipped kitchen, as well as a large garage with laundry. Great Beach Vacation

This house was exactly what we were looking for. The location to Serenity Point was great. The sunset views from the porch were incredible every night we were there. The house was very clean upon our arrival and having the elevator to bring our things upstairs was an added bonus. We would certainly come back to this property!

Great Location

Property is showing some wear. Enjoyed the floating dock, the small private sand beach, easy ocean beach access, location off the main drag, and the gated decks.

Great Location/House Needs Attention

The sound views & dock at this property can’t be beat. The house, however, needs a deep clean. So much dust on windowsills, food particles in kitchen drawers, hair in dresser drawers - just the tip of the iceberg. The worst were the unwashed bathroom rugs. Not fun to start a vacation with a load of laundry. The comforter & pillows were the worst in any rental we have ever been in. Rental company was responsive with an issue. This house could be so much better with a little attention.
