The property is located in the sought after area of Cap Marti in Javea , very near the sea . The villa and apartment have been designed with family, friends and fun in mind. The garden is child friendly, secured by fences and locked gates. There are generous sized lawns with views of the Montgo mountain. There is a substantial Naya (outside covered terrace) for relaxing during the long sunny days and warm evenings and a large trampoline for the kids. A quality sound system for music lovers has been installed, along with Smart, Apple TV, and Wi-Fi in both the main villa and apartment. All the rooms benefit from Air conditioning and central heating.The main villa has 3 bedrooms and will sleep 6 (option of 1 extra single bed) There is a separate, private apartment which can sleep 4. The popular Arenal beach and promenade with it's vast selection of bars and restaurants are only a five minute drive or twenty minute walk away. A large supermarket, Consum, is located just two minutes away. The nearest airports are Alicante and Valencia both a one hours drive away.
