** Cleaning Protocols ***
As the only professional management company in the area, we have always maintained exceptional cleaning standards. We pay above the living wage standards; 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests. We love the High Desert for a lot of reasons - including the open spaces, lack of crowds, and dry weather that we believe make it a safe place to visit.
Guest Access:
You have access to every room and feature of this beautiful home.
If you need a little more space, Shelter: Two can also be rented in conjunction with its sister property, Shelter: One, which sits on an adjacent 2 1/2-acre parcel of land. This is the perfect arrangement for larger groups.

The Neighborhood:
Monument Manor is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the Joshua Tree area given its immediate proximity to the park and breathtaking vistas of the area’s signature Craggy Mountains and desert plants.
