Our beautiful lodge is located in Schroon lake which is a lovely small community packed with adventures nestled between Lake George and Lake Placid. This is a 4 Season House with a year round hot tub! Additional bonus tiny cabin nestled in the backyard with electricity, queen bed and smart tv. Great little getaway for the kiddos who want to feel like they're camping out or a great place to get away from everyone. Open all year around. The house is perfectly outfitted with everything you need for a cozy stay. Plenty of linens, beach towels, pillows, and blankets. blackout shades in every room, the kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots and pans, a slow cooker, and everything you need to cook and entertain. Soak in the hot tub under the stars all year round. Enjoy the pot stove in the first-floor living room. The second living space in the great room, wrap-around deck with a grill and upstairs which is perfect for giving everyone their own space. We also have a game room with a pool table and ping pong table to bring everyone together for some fun competition.
Schroon offers everything you want and nothing you don't! In the summer Schroon has a clean and swimmable Lake with a wonderful little beach and marina to rent pontoons and speed boats with tubing! Everything in Schroon is just a little easier than anywhere else. No lines, no fees to park at the beach. Just friendly mountain air!
Schroon lake has a lovely town with several amazing restaurants, nightlife, nightly live music, weekly craft fairs, good coffee shops, biking, hiking, a 9 hole golf course right in town. Stay in Schroon or venture on a day trip to Lake Placid where you can stop and hike, swim and sight see the beautiful ADK mountains and the peak of Mount Marci. Or take a day to Lake George and parasail, eat on the water, or go for a fireworks cruise.
In the winter, bring your BIG TOYS! Our 5-acre house is located on the snowmobile trail and goes for miles and miles. In the summer, you can ATV and dirt bike. In the winter you can snowmobile right out of our driveway. Gore Mountain is 15 miles away and Whiteface Mountain is 35 miles away. Schroon Lake is known for its Winter Carnivals and this town stays alive all winter long. If you're a hiker, come in the fall. Sightsee all the beautiful ADK colors and wildlife on thousands of miles of hiking and kayaking trails.
Our rental comes with a two-seater kayak. The house has fishing poles, beach chairs, bikes, and toys to use at your disposal. We can’t wait for your family to start making memories here!
