Gather around its beautiful kitchen peninsula, dine, or enjoy a cozy fireplace. Tiled Bathrooms are Spa-like and Bedrooms are well appointed with the finest linens. 5 Star clean. Such comfort will make you not want to leave. If you do, there is a shared swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ area and the Marina is steps away.

The space
Unique decagon architectural design, vaulted ceilings, panoramic windows, wood floors throughout, wrap around deck with incredible views, a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances: refrigerator with ice maker/water-dispenser, convection stove, microwave, cooktop, coffee maker, disposal, washer and dryer. A large beautiful granite peninsula is perfect for entertaining and ample space for cooking with a view of the lake and sets this unit apart from the others. All bathrooms are gorgeously tiled and come with a combination tub and shower. The two bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and the finest linens, one king and one queen bed. WIFI and Basic Cable included. This free standing unit is a home in itself with no shared walls giving you the privacy you deserve.

Note: Owing to the unpredictable Texas droughts, fluctuations in Lake Travis water levels may occasionally alter our property's lakeside view throughout the year. Rest assured, lake access remains consistently accessible through the convenient proximity of Lakeway Marina, just a brief 5-minute walk from the property.

Great Vaca

We had such fun with the boats and the jet skis. Also loved the beautiful homes and Lakeway in general. Beautiful little town and the water at the dam was so cold and refreshing. The water in front of the Treehouse was low but came up before we ended the vacation. Pool area was very cool looking.

Received exactly what we were hoping for.

Everything was very clean and was exactly what was represented in pictures and as described. Had a small problem with wifi after a 10-20 second power outage. Owner was quickly responsive and helpful. All in all, a satisfactory experience.

Beautiful property and location

Our stay was beautiful. The home is perfectly described and taken care of. The beds are very comfortable and we had all we needed in the kitchen. The pool area was lovely. The sign on the gate said the hot tub was out for maintenance but we found out that it was just needing a refill on water and was still usable the entire time, so check in case as it seems that sign might stay on more often than necessary. Our only slightly sad part was the water levels were so low that there was no lake water view from the home. You can walk down to the Marina. It could just be the time of year, I’m not sure. We would recommend this stay and location to anyone interested.

Treehouse at Lake Travis

Went to Austin to see a Blues concert and stayed at the Treehouse while there. Chose it because of the location close to hiking trails. The house was very nicely furnished and the beds were very comfortable. I would stay there again if given the opportunity.

Cozy and Clean

Would definitely come come back. It was quiet and had all we needed. Even got to enjoy the pool by ourselves for a bit. There was a technical mishap when we booked and the management was quick to get us taken care of and ensure we had a place to stay. They were kind and very accommodating.

Costly and Disappointing

I booked this property for its uniqueness of a treehouse on the water, and for the hot tub and fireplace amenities. The hot tub did not get hot despite running it for hours to try and heat it up. The fireplace could only be used with a fire log, which we did not have because that wasn’t mentioned ahead of time or in the listing. For as much as we paid to stay, the host could have provided a fire log for the $20 it would have cost. The track blinds on the sliding door were missing about 6 panels so we didn’t have privacy. And the full kitchen didn’t even have a simple colander for a pasta dinner we tried to make. Wish we had saved the money and just stayed home.

Lovely tree house stay

we loved our trip to this property. Beautiful tree house, felt secluded but was close enough. Owner was amazing with response time and allowing early and late check in/out accommodations. Well stocked. Close to Lakeway Marina which we rented a boat multiple days and paddle boarded, highly recommend the marina as well. The pool was unfortunately closed due to covid but we still enjoyed. No direct lake access to swim but we enjoyed the balcony frequently. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Tree House on Lake Travis

Great place, nice views and the owner is wonderful to deal with. She made sure we had such a great experience. The pool was closed due to COVID-19 concerns so we didn't get to see it or use it. There is no access to the lake from the tree house but we walked to the marina and rented a boat for the day. Very clean and quiet place to get away!

I live with my lovely husband and four-year-old daughter. We love travelling around the world as a family, my husband is European (half Polish and half Russian), and we are super happy that our daughter is already 100% fluent in Spanish, Polish and English. We are a very outdoor family, we love hiking, camping, walking, swimming and also playing music. We also consider ourselves foodies as we love to explore good and unique dishes everywhere we go. We have purchased the "Tree House on Lake Travis" as a second home.
