Welcome to our Paradise!. This Oasis is a perfect getaway for a winter break or for a stunning summer holiday. Large new executive home sitting on its own private 3 acres of land. Uninterrupted views of the beach & surrounding areas. Private retreat. 15 Minute walk to the beach or take the Quad ATV 6 seater!. Huge Deck Open & covered to enjoy the surrounding views. Whangapoua has it all, swimming, surfing, tennis, diving, kayaks, fishing, waterski. The Estuary is perfect for young children away from the surf.
Guests will have a wonderful uninterrupted stay. You can contact the local Property Manager or owners on email or Mb.
Special Conditions; Min 2 nights stay, smoking outside only, deposit required to confirm bookings, confirmed bookings from 20th Dec until End February require 4 weeks cancellation. All deposits are non refundable unless booking is replaced in full. All other bookings need 2 weeks notice. Full details by email enquiry.
Note 3x Bedrooms, plus caravan = Sleeps 9x adults in total.
Note $250 cleaning & Laundry charge per stay, which covers linen (Sheets, towels, tea towels).
