My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful large property with close proximity to the beach. Property manager was kind and welcoming, and baked tarts on our arrival. Would recommend!
Wonderful stay at a wonderful place! The house was perfect, full of great amenities, very clean, can’t say enough good things. Minnie was extremely helpful and very responsive. Location was great, quiet and private. Definitely would come back!
Amazing private property with incredible attention to detail to make your stay absolutely perfect. Wonderful location for visiting the eastern part of the island that is much quieter and has lots of lovely villages, beaches and adventures. Highly recommend this beautiful home and will definitely be back!!
House was immaculate, Greeted by Minnie who was lovely and showed us the property. Very peaceful setting with pretty much everything you need provided. Slightly disappointed in the distance to the beach but nice that I could drive the older members of our party to the beach. The beach is beautiful and nice warm water. Would highly recommend this property for someone looking for a quiet getaway with easy access to most of the island.
Lovely home, clean and comfortable ! The kitchen has everything one needs for at home meals. Short walk down a lane to the beach, and a backyard fire pit to enjoy evening chats around a fire.
Nice property with all the amenities needed. 20 minutes from all the services (Montague) and about 50 minutes to downtown Charlottetown.
Minnie, the manager of the house, was welcoming and gave us some treats !
The beach is about a 5-7 minute walk in the “backyard” and a beautiful public beach about 10km from the house (Panmure Beach).
I would stay there again!
We are 4 male golfers aged 65+ who were on a little golf vacation. This home was perfect for our needs with four bedrooms and a quiet rustic setting. We felt at home immediately and were greeted by Minnie, the property manager. She was friendly, thorough and explained all the ins and outs of the property to us. Her pecan tarts were a welcome treat. Thanks to Gabe and family for allowing us to stay at their lovely house.
Treasured our time on PEI - our family thoroughly enjoyed having the home as a base of operations. Having the separate loft space for kidlets was ideal. From here we were able to explore the area, some highlights included: Richard’s lobster roll at Brackley Beach, the floating boardwalk at Greenwich, Georgetown offered art shops, bakeries and a playhouse for local theatre. Montague was close by for groceries and delicious baked goods. Back at the house we spent quiet afternoons beach combing during low tide for treasures. Minnie is a gem.

Lovely!
LWell-appointed and perfect for our needs. We had two tweens who enjoyed having their space in the granny flat above the garage. The private beach was an awesome addition and we spent a few evenings catching the sunsets, with a glass of bubbles, while the kids raced played on the beach. The property manager (Minnie) was very responsive – even helping us
find a walk-in doctor’s clinic.
The only issue was the mosquitoes – which were fairly prolific just outside the house and in parts on the path down to the beach. It meant lots of running to and from the car!
Other highlights in the area were: lobster rolls at the Sandbar & Grill on Panmure Island and the beach, Maritime Madness hot sauce and taking a 20 mile roundtrip bike ride along the Confederation Trail from Montague to Georgetown and grabbing a bit to eat at Clamdiggers Beach House

Fantastic!!!!!!!!
Fantastic is about all I need to say. We had a terrific time. The cottage gave us the perfect home for our getaway. For us the location could not have been better; quiet, serene, no hustle, no traffic...perfect. The short distance to Panmure Island was a real bonus, we spent much time there.
This property gave us a very home like feel, clean, updated, and very enjoyable when we needed to just be at the cottage. Our boys enjoyed their own space in the guesthouse. Yard was large to play on, and the firepit was enjoyed.
The owner was very responsive, reachable by phone, and very accommodating. This rental gets 11 out of 10.
Thanks so much Gabe to you and your family, and Minnie, for this opportunity to stay at your cottage. It was a pleasure speaking with you, all the best to you and your family.

Excellent choice for our vacation
BEAUTIFUL home and property!!! We enjoyed the peace and quiet for a week and it was heaven. Minnie was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating!!!! She even brought us some fresh strawberries and a bottle of wine and some of her wonderful fresh strawberry and rhubarb jelly!! Everywhere we went, the people were so friendly and helpful! The only problem we had was flies down at the beach and mosquitos. We went into town and bought some repellent and just relaxed on the deck instead of the beach. We did walk on the beach a few times and it was a lovely walk. Thank you so much for sharing your fabulous property with us! We have already told our friends about this place if they're ever in that area, that it would be a great place to stay. Lots of good places to eat in Montague and at Murray Harbour North, but we cooked most of our meals. Thanks again! It was great!

This property is amazing.
Huge property with private beach .
Inside the house every thing looks amazing.
Comfortable beds.
Special thanks to property manager Minnie for welcoming us upon arrival with explanation of the property and home made cookies 🍪 (they amazing)
We really enjoyed our vacation!!
A very clean and private retreat with an amazing yard to stretch out in. Bedrooms were large and the finishes were well done. A smaller living room and the lack of open concept makes this more suitable to smaller groups. (ie less than 6) . The beach was private but thickly covered in seaweed which did attract a lot of bugs so not really suitable for sunbathers and swimmers.
Minnie was an excellent host and provided some goodies to welcome our stay. Gabe always had excellent communication swith us. We had a good time. Thanks!
Great property and very well-managed. Perfect for a large family. Loved the beach and firepit! Mosquitos are bad on the island so bring lots of bug spray.
All throughout the reservation and pre arrival and check in process, Gabe was very responsive. Minnie met us at the house and provided homemade butter tarts. She was lovely. The property was beautiful as well as the inside. The house was extremely clean and everything was provided. The private beach was a treat. The mosquitos were the only drawback but what can you do when you are in the country? All in all, a great experience. Thanks so much Gabe!

Good Day and welcome to our home!! We are a Canadian military family. We purchased this home as somewhere to retire to and to give our children someplace to call home given our nomadic lifestyle. My family live near our home, making this the perfect place for our kids to build ties and have a place to always call home. Though we maybe living else where at the time, our hearts and our pride are in this home and we try to spend as much time there as possible. I hope you enjoy this home as much as we do.

This home is meant to solidify strong and enduring relationships with friends and family. It is a place that will hopefully let time stand still and where you will enjoy privacy of a huge back yard (approx 48 acres) and your own private beach.
