12 Cliff Road - Across from One Mile Beach!

Situated right across the road from One Mile Beach and foreshore, this four bedroom holiday home is one of the most popular destinations in Forster for a good reason. You will be the envy of other beach goers, as after a swim in the ocean you can be back in the comforts of the home or unwinding on the large balcony in comfort within moments.

Enjoy the extra touches throughout your stay with Wifi, coffee machine, and games room for the kids to escape to. A fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher makes cooking at home an ease, with a shopping centre only a five minute drive away to get supplies.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms - 1 king, 1 queen and 2 singles, an open plan living room with large smart flat screen TV, and air conditioner opening onto the beautiful balcony.

Downstairs, make the most of the games room with a large smart TV and table tennis. Another bedroom accommodating 2 king singles and 2 single bunk beds with trundle and a full bathroom. To complete the package there is a gas BBQ in the rear yard and a garage with additional parking space.

Outdoor pets are welcome to stay in the secure courtyard. Whilst this property does allow you to bring along a pet, all animals must be kept outdoors at all times. Please respect these rules as your pets may inadvertently cause damages and leave lingering smells that are intrusive to other guests, as well as possibly incur charges for the extra cleaning required.

This property is strictly non-smoking. Please note that this property has a strict 'no weddings, parties or schoolies' policy. Mid stay clean, which incurs a charge is required for stays longer than 7 days.

A bond applies to all bookings by way of a preauthorisation on a valid credit card.

Location is perfect, the house has an amazing view ,the bedrooms were quiet warm of a night so ducted air-conditioning would be amazing, only thing I can fault was there wasn't enough bath towels for everyone overall it was an awesome weekend

It was a great property with a great view. Position across the road from the beach could not be better. Really good kitchen. House was clean and comfortable. Will hopefully stay again soon.

great location- near the beach but seems to be perched on top of the local V8 drag strip - v noisy with cars racing by. No Wi-fi for 2nd week and no response from Real Estate re fixing the problem. It's HOT in the Bedrooms,no a/c - at this price level the whole house should be air-conned. Good kitchen -and well stocked. Very dirty-grimy sofas-well past their prime. A little soap and rub improved them heaps-why can't the owners get this done. The house was being sold and thiswas reflected in the general lack of up-keep that's needed for the price we payed

Perfect Location
The house is ideally situated directly across from the beach, with fabulous views along One Mile Beach. Despite being on a quite busy street, it was relatively quiet. It is well equipped and versatile in sleeping quarters. We unfortunately had a week of overcast and at times rainy weather but this would be just fabulous for a holiday in better conditions. The garage remote did not work (has anyone ever rented a property where they did?) and there were a few very minor quibbles, but overall a top quality holiday rental. The registration process was a bit weird, but we survived that and had a great holiday in this very lovely house.

Beautiful location and views. Absolutely perfect house for families to spend time together. A very short walk to the beach, and only minutes away from the shopping centre. Will stay again!

Relax at One Mile
The property was perfect for our family stay, the table tennis table was a bonus. Great space, fantastic view and easy access across to the beach. It certainly had all the mod cons and all the comforts of home eg coffee maker. Only suggestion is to get a new vacuum, the one left at property didn't pick up anything made it hard to give carpet a quick clean before leaving.

Our 4th visit, and we'll be returning.....
The location is fantastic, just across the road from One Mile Beach, with beautiful, expansive views from the generous front balcony. We were treated to many whale performances and dolphin sightings during our holiday. There's a kiosk at the surf club across the road which does a good coffee, yummy fresh baked muffins, egg & bacon rolls and other food. The house itself comfortably sleeps 10 and has all the provisions necessary for a very comfortable stay. It is clean & well presented. The closest shopping centre is about a 10 minute drive where you will find 3 major supermarkets, K-Mart, Priceline Pharmacy and many other stores.

Perfect for family get together
We all met at forster for a wonderful week of family and friends. Had elderly parents with us and they loved the view and dolphins and whales that kept everyone entertained . House is amazing has everything you could possible need to be comfortable and extremely clean. We will be back soon.

We had an excellent relaxing time at Cliff Road. Large home with plenty of space, well presented and very accomodating. Great view of One Mile Beach from the balcony. Nice little cafe at the beach with a 2 minute walk from the property.
