The leafy suburb of Fairlight is conveniently located. We're a 2 min walk to the City buses, 1 min walk to the free community shuttle that will take you to the heart of Manly. If you prefer, an easy walk will also get you there in 20 min.
From Manly Wharf, it's a scenic 30 min ride by ferry across the Harbour to Sydney.
Manly swimming pool is also within 15 min walking distance, as are free harbour and sea pools.
You'll find great local shopping in Manly, fine dining & casual restaurants, lots of fabulous coffee hangouts.
A multitude of outdoor activities awaits you: amazing coastal and bush walks, kayaking, diving, beachvolleyball, cycling and of course, surfing@ Manly's iconic break. There are 3 golf courses nearby.
For your daily supplies, you're also a 5 min walking distance from the new shopping complex Stockland Mall.
The living area of the house is open.
The fully equipped kitchen belongs to a keen chef.
The TV room (including Netflix) is a great place to indulge in some reading, with lots of natural light and a garden outlook.
The dining area has bi-folds opening to a partially covered deck and a beautiful tropical, private garden. You'll love the hammock!
On the large deck sits a funky mosaic table, perfect for alfresco meals cooked on the BBQ!
The master bedroom ( double) is upstairs, with it's own walk-in closet. The private balcony is a bonus.
Next to it is a single bedroom/study with internet access.
Downstairs you'll find a very large bedroom(queen). It has a big wardrobe for all your belongings.
We could get a mattress to accommodate a 6th person.
We have 2 bathrooms. One has a claw foot bath and shower, the other one a shower.
The internal laundry has a front loader washing machine, a dryer and an ironing board.
Fresh sheets, towels and beach towels are provided.
This property isn't suitable for young children.
